Apartment was the best I've had

No breakfast and should have been .also had an extra 10 euros for my dog on arrival.parking was a long distance from the apartment

staff not very friendly flat had NO view whatsoever despite description on the website promoting exceptional views. there are several flats in the same building and the description is misleading

The location is excellent and the very nice apt. overlooked the plaza. It was clean and the bed very comfortable. The heating worked well and the kitchen is fully equipped.

The stairs to the bathroom were a surprise but manageable.

Very charming property in a great location. Our room was small but nicely decorated and comfortable.

The property and parking was a little bit difficult to locate by car because it is in the center of the old town.

Stylish, almost brand new hotel, in a middle of a small town, Xativa.

There was two very old dog, who stays all day in the hotel hall, next to the breakfast room. They were very smelly, you can feel this old dog smell in your room, and everywhere in the hotel. The room wasnt clean, there were other guest strands of hair everywhere in the bathroom,, dirty floor in the room, in the side of trash bin you can see other guest menus. We asked brrom at our first night, and use it, so it was slightly better after that:) The table of the breakfast room was unimaginable dirty, with dried on things.

Spacious apartment with kitchen, private bathroom, modern design (the building is an old house with several apartments that has been restored). The guest is excellent, friendly and ready to help

location is great. We were afraid of the noise, as it is on the market plaza. They have double windows, with both double glass. We didn't hear anything. super silent. Great place!

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Nice sized bathroom complete with shampoo, gel, etc. Modern kitchen with good set of utensils, coffee machine (coffee provided by host). Free overnight parking nearby. Helpful host. Walking distance of town centre. Cafe next to apartment serving ice creams, drinks and food. Quiet location.

Everything was perfect - possibly an extra arm chair for the bedroom/lounge area needed.

The apt is in the centre of town so it was easy to get around,

Where to begin? The doors to the bathroom were old and rattled and did not lock from the inside. There are no towel rails. A second comfortable chair would have been good, We had to go out and buy scissors. We used our own knives as they cut better.

The apartment was absolutely perfect. The location was on a charming square in the old town. Secure parking was available for a small charge near by. The room was full of character and beautifully presented. We had a superior room that had a little kitchen which was well equipped. The room was a bargain and we very much enjoyed our stay!

The location of Las Coles is excellent. Very close to bars and restaurants

Parking in not too close - but walking through Xativa old town is worth it.
