property was a lovely size, each bedroom had its own bathroom. lovely roof terrace to watch the sunset. the owners provided us with some lovely supplies, bread, milk cheeses due to our late check in.

loved everything about the property, we didn’t use the buses but would recommend hiring cars to get around.

Clear instructions sent one week before on how to access the property. No challenges with access to the property, even though we arrived late at night.

owner run, it was wonderfully presented and nothing was too much trouble. it was spotless. spacious. quiet. the pool was perfect, BBQ and outdoor eating area was excellent. private from neighbouring villas. the upstairs balcony was also great and had stunning view over the sea with perfect sunsets and star gazing galore 🤩

Tina was great! The Villa was perfect. When we came there were some groceries already which was nice! Also the contact with Tina was very pleasant...

Location perfect, 300m from the nearest swimming cove but less than a KM to the actual beach. It's a very peaceful location and the villa is perfect for self catering - very well equipped. Easy walking distance to 2 very good restaurants - Port Antico and Yialos but worth taking a taxi to Peyia for the meze at the Peyia Tavern. The villa is superbly equipped for 3 couples with good en-suites or for a family. Lovely outdoor space with a nice pool too. The hosts live nearby and were excellent post booking and whilst we were there too - very available if you need them but absolutely not intrusive. You don't need a car but it would be helpful if you want to explore (we had bikes). The local supermarket will collect you from the villa and deliver you and your shopping home too which was a great bonus.

I couldn't fault the villa and overall experience. Tina the owner was extremely helpful and made our stay very easy. There was a welcome pack of essentials waiting for us and Tina ordered in pizza because we were on a late flight. She also arranged car hire via a local company. A stay here is highly recommended, especially with the little touches added by Tina.

Beautiful villa. Clean modern and comfortable. Excellent local amenities Tina the host was lovely and incredibly helpful. Really good communication from her as well. I can’t praise this place enough and my family had an amazing stay. Highly recommended

The villa had everything we needed and was located right next to the beach and a short drive from shops & restaurants. The check-in process was easy and our host Tina was very flexible with our check-out for our late night flight. Located in a quiet, private feeling cul-de-sac, it was just what we were looking for - very relaxing! We particularly enjoyed the pool, the BBQ facilities and sun terrace. Tina was very friendly and close-by should we have needed her.

Host Tina was very quick to respond to our last minute booking. We arrived in the middle of the night but everything was easy. The welcome pack was a great touch. House spotless. The villa is on a small compound & peaceful. The beach & restaurants a 3 minute drive. We’d definitely return.

Our hosts were fantastic, all our requests were fullfilled. The villa was brand new, comfortable and chic. Well equipped and near to the secret beach, which was our favorite. Best sunsets!
