Este encantador estudio con balcón y vistas al mar se encuentra sobre la hermosa bahía de Uvala Lapad, a 3 kilómetros del casco antiguo, aprox. 10-15 minutos en autobús. La parada de autobús está a 3 minutos a pie.
El mar y un agradable sendero para caminar junto al mar que conduce a muchas hermosas playas alrededor de toda la península de Lapad están a pocos minutos a pie. Sobre el apartamento se encuentra la hermosa reserva natural de madera de Petka, que es ideal para correr, agradables caminatas y desde allí tiene unas vistas impresionantes de la riviera de Dubrovnik.
Tanto el supermercado como la panadería están a solo 160 m, la playa de Uvala Lapad está a 250 m (arena y guijarros pequeños) y el nuevo y moderno cine 3D con 3 salas está a 200 m del apartamento.

The studio apartment what exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean and very well kept. The best part of this are the hosts. You will never find a family who is willing to do as much as they do for their customers. I arrived sick with my daughter and Maro went above and beyond to accommodate us by picking up groceries, dinner and medicine. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you made our stay absolutely perfect.

Incredible views over the main Lapad beach and easy accessibility into the restaurants and bars as well as Dubrovnik via bus. The apartment was very well equipped and well kept. Maro and Vesna were extremely helpful and attentive.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The apartment was very clean, the hot water didn't run out during an average length shower (an issue at other properties we stayed at in Croatia), the location is great (very close to a great public beach) and the rest of what Dubrovnik has to offer was within an 6-15 minute car ride or an 8-30 minute walk. We would stay here again!

We fell in love with this place the moment we entered and saw the lovely view overlooking the city and Adriatic Sea! The space was just right for the two of us with every amenity imaginable provided. Our hosts gave us a beer when we arrived, had their local made Rakia drinks in the fridge for us and even made us pancakes for Sunday breakfast! They gave us many helpful tips of where to go and how to navigate our sightseeing with such a welcoming air of kindness and friendliness. They are the epitome of Croatian hospitality we have heard about! We hope to come again and enjoy this magical place.

We were so happy with our stay at this home in Lapad, great view and nicely appointed. The busses to old town are frequent and after a busy day we could swim in The Adriatic. We had a fabulous time and the owners are wonderful!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay. Vesna, the owner of the apartment, lives in the apartment below, and is there to offer any assistance and advice. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. There is a free parking space, and the beach and bus stop are only a 10-15 minute walk.

The Studio Apartment was everything I expected and so much more! The view is breathtaking ESP @ night! Access by road or stairs that lead down to Sunset Beach. Close to supermarkets, cafes and bakery. The bus (route 4) is also close by and goes straight to Old Town.
The hosts were on site to welcome me and were friendly and accommodating! This charming place with full kitchen, bath, deck and comfortable bed made my final days in Dubrovnik a delight! Highly recommended as it won’t disappoint :) thank-you!

Everything was wonderful from the comfortable bed to the fully stocked kitchen and the convenient location. Close to old town, and even has its own charming beach and tons of restaurants around the apartment.
I will definitely visit again on my next trip to Croatia!

This apartment has a great location. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. The view is stunning and the apartment couldn’t be cleaner. We spent a few weeks in different cities all over Croatia and this apartment was the best of all! It’s truly a gem!

We loved our stay! The studio is located in a terrific area in walking distance of the beach, an amazing boardwalk along the bay, and a charming promenade with many bars and restaurants. The hillside location provides a fantastic view and we loved starting and ending our day on the balcony. The apartment is very pleasant to stay in - clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our host was also great - friendly and informative! I’m happy to recommend it.

Comfortable bed. Nice view. Although if you have mobility issues I would not recommend this. You have to walk down about 10 steps and then walk back up another 10 or so steps to get into the unit. There is a store and several restaurants within a 10 minute walk, one way will require you walking up or down approximately 169 steps. Or you can choose to walk up the hill. That's approximately a half mile. Not very steep but long. If you take a rideshair from the apartment to the old town, that will run you approximately 7 to 9 euro each way. Be certain of your dates. No refunds will be given if you need to shorten your stay.

We stayed for a week in this lovely apartment with a great view from the balcony overlooking Uvala beach. Maro & Vesna were perfect hosts, welcoming and helpful with plenty of useful tips and excellent communication. The apartment was clean and fitted out very nicely with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The fresh juice and rakia in the fridge was very much appreciated! We wouldn't hesitate to book again on any future trips to the beautiful city of Dubrovnik.

The hosts, Maro & Vesna were extremely helpful and very friendly whilst not being intrusive. The accommodation was very clean, minimal but included everything required to make it a very pleasant stay. The location of the property was fantastic, views over Sunset beach and close to local amenities and bus routes. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Lapad.

It was lovely to meet our hosts Maro & Vesna, they were very helpful and organised, and there if we needed them but did not intrude on our stay in any way. Apartment was well equipped and perfect for us. Beautiful views of the bay and the glorious sunsets. And big thank you guys for the bottle of wine we received as a anniversary celebration gift.

This was a terrific stay, from the time arrivedwell after midnight, the host was there to greet us. It was a great experience. We recently stayed at this apt and it was fantastic – the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. Maro was also very friendly and accommodating. He provided us with all the information we needed. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible!!!

The studio was comfortable, with breathtaking views. It was nice to have dedicated parking. The location is outside city center about 45 minutes walk but it is located less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Depending what you’re looking for the location may be a bit far but if you like getting away from the center, this is perfect. There are buses to take you to the center but caution our experience is they were packed full and nearly standing room only nearly all day / night. We chose to walk, which we found more peaceful and relaxing seeing the views on the way.
Easy day trip to Montenegro but get an early start to avoid long lines at the border and make sure you have he green card with your rental car.
Maro the host, was very helpful with recommendations and very flexible with check in time. Excellent communication throughout.

What a charming place to stay while in Dubrovnik. While most of my group paid triple plus to stay at one of the large nearby hotels, I chose this lovely place that offered a charming neighborhood,, gorgeous balcony view, the same amenities and a personal touch (which you can not get at a large hotel) all for a much lower price. Ein ideales Studio für ein Pärchen. Sauber und geräumig. Die Sonne prallt zu keiner Tageszeit direkt hinein, sodass die Wohnung auch bei 35°C nicht überhitzt wird. Traumhafter Blick auf das Meeresmündung und auf den gegenliegenden Hang voll Hotels und Lokalen. Absolut zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Traumhaft!!

Ett mycket bra boende, rent och fräscht. Allt som behövs för egenhushåll. AC. Härlig balkong med utsikt över Lapad. Perfekt läge nära badplats och restauranggata. Buss till Old town bara nedanför trappan och där nere var också ett bageri och en affär.
Ägaren ”Maro” tog kontakt när vi bokat och han ordnade med billig och bra transport från flygplatsen. Han tog emot oss vid lägenheten och gav oss bra tips inför vår semester. Vi rekommenderar verkligen detta boende.

Excellent séjour à Dubrovnik
Studio très bien équipé, bien situé avec la plage à nos pieds. Ce studio est parfait pour 2 personnes. Il est situé à 15 minutes en autobus du vieux Dubrovnik. Maro nous a donné tous les renseignements nécessaires et même plus, lors de notre arrivée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Great apartment, well equipped, close to all amenities and fabulous views of the beach.
Wonderful place to stay, close to beach, restaurants and shops, including a lovely bakery. Set on the side of a hill there are great views of the bay, the sunsets are amazing. Access is either by steps or via a lane that winds its way through the trees, either way helps to burn off the calories from the pastries. The owner really looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment had everything we needed and was just the right size for two people. Lapad is a great place to visit with good choice of restaurants and bars (owners local knowledge was really useful and helpful), the cave bar is definitely worth a visit. Dubrovnik old town is a 15 minute bus ride away and the number 4 stops at the bottom of the steps to the apartment. Would definitely recommend a stay.
