Villa stupenda immersa in un contesto bucolico. Casa molto accogliente e spaziosa, con un giardino in cui ti puoi perdere da quanto è grande! A completare il tutto, una piscina stupenda con tanto di materissini e giochi di ogni tipo. Simone è stato una persona davvero accogliente e disponibile fin dal primo giorno. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci.

Simone was such a great and friendly host. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to make us happy. Beds comfy, facilities great for kids - just great!

Everything . Excellent location, great and very helpful, easy accessible host, plenty of thought out stuff from dishes, utensils and glasses to water toys and sport games. The villa was very comfortable even during very hot weather (A/C in each bedroom, and the house holt temperature fine. Pool was very good and kids had a lot of fun. Welcome gifts were much appreciated and Toscana style dinner was perfect both from taste and appearance sides. Thank you Simone for a great vacation, the best in many years!

Couldn't find anything.

The garden and the pool were amazing.plenty of nice places to sit and relax with plenty of shade. There were plenty of amenities like a BBQ, games and pool stuff.

The beds were harder but still comfortable, however for someone my size (1.88m) they were a bit to short

Very spacious and extremely well-appointed villa, set in beautiful naturalistic grounds. The owner is a prize-winning breeder of irises, and his attention to garden detail is meticulous without being in the slightest inhibiting to his guests. He and his parents, who own and run the adjacent smallholding, were outstandingly generous with the fruits of their fields and kitchen! Simone also went literally the extra mile in driving us into Cortona for a wedding when our taxi booking went wildly awry. We really couldn’t have been better looked after if we had been staying with close friends. The whole experience was a complete delight.

Beautiful villa & gardens. Fantastically friendly & helpful owner. Location very convenient for access to Cortona, Camucia & exploring Tuscany.
