Spacious furnished apartment. Excellent customer service at reception.

Very cold. No insulation so cold wind is constantly blowing into the apartment. Bathroom fan has permanent openings to outside. Windows likewise have gaps which allow cold air to blow in. Floor is hard tile with no carpeting. No central heating. All in all a miserable experience during a cold spell in Riyadh. Never rent this place during the winter.

The location is amazing everything is around you, for example Macdonalds and Burger king are so near plus 2 gas stations

the towels were not enough and the Jacuzzi was great but the water temperature was very cold
