The food of the restaurant it was really good. Both breakfast and dinner. The place is really nice

The facilities were in a very bad shape. The floor of the bedroom was all broken. During 2 hours there was no water in the bathroom, and we couldn’t take a shower. the blackout in the windows were really small, so the lights enter the room during all the night and very early in the morning.

An absolutely perfect stay - the rooms, scenery, and hotel are even more beautiful than in the photos. Truly one of the most beautiful yet homely hotels we have ever visited. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, nothing was too big an ask. I felt lucky every single second I was there! On site restaurant is delicious, Narbona makes most of its own produce which made it even tastier. The wine was incredible of course. We can’t wait to come back one day

I stayed in a suite overlooking the vineyard. Washroom definitely needs renovation. Uncomfortable shower space, dark. Room is moldy around windows.... gym: looks like equipment was placed and then totally forgotten..... stationary bike does not work, treadmill band slides upon use..... towels just piled up on top of a massage table that looks has not been used in some time.... Need a PhD to figure out how tv works....
