Tremoormin was fabulous… way above all our expectations. Very well equipped and lovely quality re all Kitchen, utility appliances etc.,
Home from home. Beds/linen very comfy and spotlessly clean. Not one thing we wish we had. Without doubt one of the best holiday rentals we have stayed in. Our friends from California felt the same. 10/10. We would love to return. Location and St. Agnes so beautiful.
Thank you Helen and Peter.

Lovely, clean and well equipped property in glorious St Agnes- right by the beach, local pub and beach bar and easy walk up to the village amenities. Fabulous walks right outside your door. We love the place!

A really well equipped, immaculately maintained and clean house in a fantastic location. We were lucky enough to stay for two weeks with a great beach a stones throw from the front door. The village is a twenty minute walk away (uphill) and is well served with a great bakery and butchers and a small supermarket. The house and village have everything you might reasonably need and with a good pub a hundred metres away, we barely used the car in the two weeks we stayed. We will definitely be visiting again.

We love this place. The location is second to none, the cottage itself incredibly warm and welcoming. The spotless greeting is faultless, from the big squashy beds to the cosy comfortable lounge. The large entrance hall is such a bonus when unloading children and bags and bodyboards etc. Then there are extra details like the beautiful lily buds that bloom during your stay. Cupboards stocked with all you could need. Eating, drinking, walking and surfing are all on your doorstep. It’s magnificent and a week of sheer family fun. Love it!!

A comfortable, well-equipped and attractively-styled house in a superb location overlooking Trevaunance Cove. In the heart of the Cove and just a hop, skip and jump down to the beach it was perfect for our family holiday. The views from the house, garden and first floor terrace are stunning. We really appreciated the two parking spaces as well.

A wonderful stay at this lovely house. The property had everything we needed - from pots and pans to the all-important outdoor tap for washing down wetsuits. The star of the show is the location. A stones throw from a beautiful cove. Our kids loved playing in the waves.

Perfectly located, beautifully appointed, we couldn’t have been happier or more comfortable. Everything we needed was provided and the proximity to Trevaunance Cove was exactly what we wanted.

Lovely well appointed accommodation which suited us well- lots of separate spaces to escape to ( sadly needed as two of our group developed Covid) and all within sight and sound of the sea!

Beautiful house/cottage in enviable location literally 1 minute walk to the beach! Incredible host, very responsive and really lovely inside the house too. Nice cafes a short stroll up the road plus great fish and chips takeaway in St Agnes, Peterville Inn was superb we went back several times and the 2 beach cafes Breakers and schooners are spot on. Our only gripes were 1) the bed in the middle bedroom was incredibly firm, uncomfortably so, meaning we had to take it in turns to sleep in the extra twin bed in our 4 year olds room - not very relaxing! 2) the shower in the en-suite of the same room hadn’t had the drain cleaned and the shower was almost flooding the first time we used it. My husband had to clean out all sorts of gunk and hair from it with his bare hands.

A wonderful stay in St. Agnes !
The house was in the perfect location for St. Agnes. Just next to the beach, but just far enough away from the hubbub ! Spacious, clean and really well equipped, it was perfect for me and my family.
Just walking out of the door left or right gave us access to the most stunning cliff top walks and watching the sunset from up there has given us some special memories.
We will definitely come back again !

Perfect house for a family break
Tremoormin is the most beautiful home, even more special than it looked from the listing. Everything has been thought of and the kitchen was well equipped and spacious, it was a joy to cook in. The garden is so tranquil, yet a stone's throw from the beach at Trevaunance cove. My elderly parents joined for a few days, and the main bedroom and it's lovely outdoor area was perfect for them, giving them space to relax away from our teenagers! There is so much to do locally, and whilst there are lots of hills in most directions, there are plenty of walks for all abilities. We just loved our visit and would love to return.

Pretty much perfect - Thank you Peter and Helen
We were slightly nervous about renting during COVID times but we needn’t have worried. The house was immaculate, incredibly well organised and a true home from home. We had a few days of bad weather but the house was warm and comfortable, and it was wonderful watching the stormy seas. When the sun did shine for us we could appreciate how beautiful it would be in the summer.
The beds are very comfortable and the furnishings upstairs better than they appear in the photos, as new bedside furniture has obviously been purchased. Unusually for a rental home there were plentiful lamps, good lighting, plenty of sockets and really good showers (and bath). The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of basics supplied. One hint - switch on the oven at the wall switch and then press the clock button to make it operative.
We didn’t go out to eat much because of COVID but we did eat at Taste, which was excellent for both lunch and dinner. Book in advance if you want a Saturday though. We also ate at The Taphouse which was ok, and had a surprisingly good takeaway Sunday roast lunch from The Driftwood Spars.
Beach wise, we really liked Chapel Porth, with the caves at low tide. There are so many lovely beaches and headlands that you’ll find your own favourites. Walking is of course excellent and right outside the front door. Talking of outside the front door, there is definitely room for two large cars to park on the driveway.
We had one issue with the electrics whilst we were there, which we reported to the owner. They had an electrician there within about half an hour, who diagnosed an external fault. The owners then contacted Western Power Distribution who repaired the fault (caused by storm damage and affecting several immediate neighbours) quickly. They then checked with us that all was ok. Thank you both, and thanks for sharing your home with us.

Family stay in November 2010
Lovely house in a great location. We were a family party of 6 plus the new addition to our family, 5 months old Eva! The house was perfect for us all and a real home from home. Sea views are impressive and within walking distance of the main village of St Agnes with its lovely pubs and restaurants. I would particularly recommend popping into the Seafood Beach Deli for the best in fresh crab! All in all, a lovely house in a stunning location.

simply wonderful
We cannot fault the house in any way. It has everything that you need and was spotlessly clean. Perfect location, so peaceful and a stones throw from the beach. From the second we walked through the door we felt at home, even the beds were super comfy with lovely soft pillows. Just perfect, especially the log burner :)

Best equipped and located property ever
Lots of spices, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls etc. Sky Sports and BT Sport (very important for European week) and close enough to the sea to surf direct from the property. Ideal for coastal walks and only 30 minutes drive from Falmouth & St Michael's Mount, 45 minutes from Padstow ......and 9 hours from Greater Manchester 😉

Beautiful ,Top end holday rental. With incredible views, and a stone's throw from the beach.
Beautiful house, which was immaculately clean. There was everything you could possibly need and more. Tremoormin is perfectly situated between the surfing beach and the pub which brews it's own ale .
There are plenty of places to eat in the village also and some good shops.
The kitchen is a beautiful place to cook, with all the spices and sauces etc you could possibly need !
The log burner kept us cosy during Storm Gareth, watching the angry, foamy sea was exhilarating! Will definately return to this amazinghouse again.

We had a lovelly week in Feb half term and the cottage and location were perfect for walking and sight seeing.

ideal location and perfect base
Tremormin is a comfortable, well-appointed family home, making a perfect base for two couples (or more).
We did not want for anything: sumptuous beds and lovely bed linen, super showers and luxurious towels, really well-equipped kitchen, even including herbs and spices! Plenty of space yet a homely atmosphere. Sorry it wasn't cold enough for a log fire.
Fantastic location for exhilarating walks from the front door. Plenty of choice of local restaurants, shops and other services. A very friendly communication with Peter and Helen, who made us feel like welcome guests.

Very comfortable house in a fantastic location with stunning views.
Our stay at Tremoormin was just what we needed for a lovely relaxing holiday with fantastic coastal walks straight from the door. The house was plenty big enough for our family of four and was well equipped. If there was anything that could be improved, for our family (2 teenage boys) another TV, perhaps in the kitchen would have been excellent. The position of the house is fantastic. There are lovely views of the sea from the kitchen and bedroom windows. We were very lucky with the weather and enjoyed plenty of walks along the coastal path.

Absolutely stunning property in the most beautiful location.
This house was absolutely perfect for our week holiday in Cornwall. For 4 adults, 2 children and a baby, we struggled to find somewhere that could accommodate our needs but still had luxury and beach location until we found this gem. It was perfect. The house was spotless and very spacious. It has everything you need for a home from home holiday.
The location is ideal, 2 minute walk to the beach and pub and has a beautiful coastal walk right on the doorstep.
We cannot wait to stay here again next year. Thanks so much Peter and Helen for this beautiful property x

A very comfortable well appointed house with view over Trevaunance Cove.
The house had everything we wanted in every way.
The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we could need for self catering. This adjoined a lovely dining area. The sitting room was warm especially with the fire lit. Upstairs one very large double bedroom and en suite, one double room with en suite, and a third room with two singles next to a family bathroom with shower and bath. All showers were large and all bathrooms had heated towel rails and lovely thick towels. The bed linen was good quality. Toiletries were good quality.
Outside was a small garden with seating and a table for good weather.
The utility area had washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Cleaning materials provided.
Parking for one largish car.
Situated just above Trevaunance Cove (surfing), and near pub, restaurant and micro brewery. Walking distance (about a mile) from St Agnes with shops, a wonderful bakery and restaurants. Lovely cliff top walks on the door step.
We would thoroughly recommend this house.
It’s the best rented holiday property we’ve stayed in in the U.K. or Europe over 20 years.
