Everythink Was OK. For this price all facilities Was really great. Clean and warm room near beach. I recomended in 100 %

We know Nessebar well and it’s very well situated to go where we wanted to. Very reasonably priced for a two weeks stay which was reflected in the facilities. Clean enough but basic. It has a washing machine which was fantastic as didn’t have to take as many clothes and went home with hardly any washing to do.
Very basic kitchen facilities. Fortunately we only ate breakfast there, you wouldn’t be able to cook a meal as no oven, just a hob and a microwave or utensils, only cutlery and a knife. I asked and did get a spatula so I could get the eggs out of the pan. would benefit from a toaster too.

Very good location, not far away from the beach. Nice balcony to have your morning coffee, causy bed, clean.
Some of the furnitures need replacement (night stands), but didn't cause us unconvince. The kitchen hood was not working.

I like that the room was large, with big windows, the bathroom was nice and cozy, i liked that we had a small kitchen in open space. Accordingly to the photos posted on booking. Air conditioner, and no one bother us during our stay.
The rooms had the windows with view to the main road and it was noise and we couldn't stay with open window during the night. And the other apartament rented was in other building and that was kind of inconfortable for our family.
We didn't know where to throw the trash, they don't have any space for this or services. They don't have a reception where you can check-in, and for someone that is coming for the first time here it is kind of difficult to find the place.

The location was not easy to find , but after we called the host it went very well. The apartmant is next to the bus station and some small shops. Also the beach is just some minutes far away. You can just walk to the Nessebar old town. We really enjoyed the location.
The kitchen equipment was unfortunately very lacking. Some spoons, knifes etc. would be really helpful next time.

The property was very good. Our overall stay was great. Perfect location: 5m to the beach, shops and restaurants around, old town is about 10-15m walk. We had a little problem with the bathroom but the host send someone to fix it straight away. There are some bad reviews for the property but in my opinion the host tried to improve it since then and the apartment is in perfect condition now. Great value for the money.
There are photos of the pools, but probably because of Covid they are not working.

old, shower not working, room not clean, AC remote control net working .....and more and more

Good location, very close to South Beach and the Old town. Spacious apartment with kitchenette, comfortable bed, free wifi. The price was good.
There was only one spoon and one knife and we had to eat in shifts. Some of the furniture needs renovation or change.
