Facilities were OK and the rooms were clean.

I have travelled in many countries and this is the worst check-in experience I've had. When we arrived, no one was at the property but a phone number was on the door. We called that number and the woman who answered had no idea we were coming. She asked us to wait for half an hour, which we did. When she arrived, she said she hadn't been told to expect anyone. She then asked us to pay 100 euros (instead of 80 euros as confirmed on booking.com) because it was a holiday. We had to insist to pay 80 euros. We were then refused entry on the grounds that we didn't have cash, despite the property stipulating on booking.com that they take cards. We showed that policy on our phone, so she called the director of the property who told us we'd have to pay cash regardless. He refused to let us in and forced us to drive around town for over half an hour looking for a cash machine. This was Christmas Eve and we had no other way. We said we would need to report the property on booking.com, to which he said "do it, that's fine". It's done.

Proximity to highway.

The lady at the reception tried to overcharge us. When we told her that the price we booked through booking.com was lower that the price she was asking for she said that booking.com does always the same mistakes and gives lower prices and she asked 40 euro instread of 35. Of course we didn't pay more.

Everything was ok. The room was ordinary, though quite spacious.

I didn’t like that the restaurant opens at 9 a.m., but we couldn’t have breakfast at that time because the cook arrived much later.
