Perfect location, clean and comfortable

-amazing location -wonderful staff -a building with architectural historical layering, beautiful mid 1900s craftsmanship combined with modern facilities -one of the best restaurants on the island

The location is superb with an amazing lake view! the rooms were very clean! The restaurant of the hotel is very good!

rooms don’t have a fridge, and as we stayed during very hot weather, we truly missed it! wi-fi connection was very weak and hardly worked in the room.

Gorgeous location, lovely family-run hotel. Restaurant was one of our best meals in Italy. Hotel and room so clean with attention to details.

Our room was small but not a problem.

The island is a perfect getaway and this hotel, that offers a balcony with a lake view, was excellent for peace and quiet. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We only stayed for one night and I wished we planned a longer stay.

Note that the hotel is about 10 minute walk from the ferry, and that although it says that there's an option to rent a bike at the premises, it's actually private service not by the hotel, and it's availability depends on the weather. Also note that the wi-fi is only in the commmon areas.

Beautiful and calm villa! The staff are friendly with great smiles! No other feeling like waking with the view of the lake and the mountains around Iseo.

This family run hotel and restaurant is perfect for a weekend break. They gave me a room with a terrace and a fantastic view overlooking the lake. Had my lunch and dinner in their restaurant and find it very good. The owner and the staff are very accomodating and glad their son Nicola can speak English very well.

Good breakfast means home made jame, fresh orange juice and good bread.

The hotel is in a lovely location, very easily accessible , just 6 minutes from the port. The highlight is the restaurant, the food is top notch . I had dinner twice here and loved the fish as well as the desserts. The fish was very fresh and the desert was so delicious. Its way better than all the neighbouring restaurants. Breakfast is simple and nice, its the lunch and dinner that are amazing. View was lovely from the room and sound of water was very soothing.

There could be a kettle in the room and some coffee sachets.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful all the time! We enjoyed breakfast being served in a cosy garden partially overlooking the lake. The location of the hotel is just excellent as it's next to the lake, not far from the port and center but still very quiet. We had a great stay there! Thank you:-)

Luggage transport and absolutely no help from management to arrange transport of luggage by local small car or trucks. Arrived exhausted.
