El lugar muy bonito, tal como en las fotos, la atención del personal y en especial Yusef fue excelente, el desayuno delicioso, volvería y lo recomiendo mucho

Great value for money. Clean, beautiful and comfortable. Josef was super helpful and came to pick us up from the taxi drop off. He can arrange anything you wish.

Right by the entrance of the medina, good breakfast, great staff and service and the owner was helpful to get us a tourguide around the medina
Not enough mirrors for 4 girls staying in 1 room, bath tub too high/steep to climb into and no mat in the bathroom

The location, but not the room we were given. It was not as expected.
When the room was shown to us, Yousef the manager immediately went to the bathroom and flushed the toilet. The room hadn’t been cleaned and also the room smelt of urine. We didn’t want to ask the manager anything as he was not happy that we wouldn’t pay an extra 5% on top of our booking to pay by card. He wanted us to cancel the booking and pay him in cash so as not to pay commission to Booking.com. The bed sheets were bobbly and you could feel it on your skin. The one no place for storing the luggage. The AC dripped water and saturated one of the cases. When we pointed out that the facilities were not as listed in Booking.com he replied that he did not know what was listed for the property and said that if we were not happy to get a refund and stay somewhere else. After 4 hours of travelling by car he wasn’t welcoming or helpful and that was for the whole time that we stayed.

Property is in old town of fes Medina it is very nicely decorated ,Small Riad design in authentic Moroccan architecture with beautiful interior intricate artwork.
Our host Yosef was very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we have a comfortable stay

Very helpful and friendly people. We stayed here on our night in Fes. And on our way back from the Airport, we stopped over again, just for a rest. The Riad is beautiful and welcoming. The terrace has a great view over the Median.

Perfect location in the medina, very close to car access if you come by car from the airport, and also 5 minutes walk in one direction to Blue Gate, the other direction to the main sites to visit in the medina. Beautiful rooftop to have your breakfast.
Youssef is super helpful at reception (and everywhere, really).
Room is correct, we had a big one, it was all good, except for the bathroom.
The bathroom was horrible, cold and humid (my swimsuit did not dry in 3 days after hammam), the bathtub is impossible to step in or out from (straight you step out on top of the toilet, diagonal is difficult and you have a really painful plastic something to step out on). Shower head broken, having hot water is a matter of luck, not to mention the water pressure.
We had no room cleaning for the 4 days (once it was promised but forgotten).

The riad is really traditional, authentic and very well placed near the blue door. The staff picked me up at the entrance to the medina, which was nice when you landed in Fez! Always ready to help, he offers multiple outings, it's up to you to do so or to opt for other activities, but his help and advice for getting around are really very appreciable. I had a very good week, I recommend

Unbeatable location (so long as you ask for directions in the Medina) and outstanding staff! Very clean, comfortable bed, and good air conditioning in a spacious, beautifully decorated building. I would highly recommend this riad to future guests. Yusuf is an excellent host (give him a well deserved promotion)! Be sure to ask about restaurant recommendations. If fortunate enough to make it back to Fès, I’ll plan to book a tour of the city through the riad (and find a map of the Medina to help navigate).
Only recommendation is to adjust the water pressure to your liking before getting under the stream!

Yousef, the head staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. He went over and above his role to check in with us and help us with services or directions to sites or restaurants. The Riad is in a great central location at the edge of the Medina so is not as busy and relatively quiet. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.
The bathroom in our room could do with some maintenance/updating.

Right away I was blown away by how friendly the young man was working at the Riad. He was incredibly helpful and sorted out a couple of issues we were having unrelated to our stay at the Riad. He really made us feel at home during our short stay. The room was so lovely and bigger than expected! The breakfast was the best one was had during our entire trip to Morocco! The view from the rooftop also did not disappoint. I would 100% return to this lovely home-away-from-home.

The staff is super friendly, they will do everything for you and for your stay to be comfortable. The riad is in a heart of Fes medina, just perfect.

Good location, staff organized a guided tour with a very good guide.
Loud at night. Room didn’t have its own toilet and was tiny & had a shower which didn’t work properly (in the middle of the room, not on its own). Toilet wasn’t private and in a common area with the laundry, which was not mentioned in the booking confirmation. Uncomfortable bed which didn’t feel clean. Room was loud as it was near the rooftop and also overlooked a loud alley. Didn’t feel private as bathroom was shared.

Honestly I got an upgrade and had a room that looked like one for a king for les than 20 euros a night. I’m satasfied! It was clean and in a amazing riad in the old medina. The Staff was super nice and there is a nice rooftop!

I reserved a room with bathroom and the bathroom was outside the room and probably shared with other people. my room was dark and smelled funny. cleanliness it’s the big issue here.
