Good location and very helpful owner.

Location was good. Balcony was nice at the back side (more quiet). Check in was easy. Other bed room was all so quiet to sleep.

No washing machine (one of the reason we chose the place). It was in the web site. There wasn't wifi. Fortunately owner opened it quite quickly. Kitchen ware was modest and not so good shape anymore.

Great sized rooms, nice large dining table, easy to find, close to sea and shop opposite for food and wine

They said there would be a washing machine and there wasn’t, if you’re with a group there is no living room so is difficult to hang up unless sat at the table. The internet was not strong enough if you’re in the bedroom.

The host was super nice and helpful. We got the keys straight away when we arrived. Good location close to the train station, bus stop and the beach. Very good apartment for the price!

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with windows leading upon a busy street with quite a lot of car traffic, and the other one with windows on the other side of the building over a small pedestrian street (that one we had) so it's quiet. The terrace is accessible only from the "quiet" bedroom, and is nice for a meal or drink outside. The bathroom is basic and old-fasioned but nice.. and I really liked the shower head with rotating propeller inside:) A small food shop just across the street, and a beach with a few bars 50m away. We were there in April so don't know about how busy and pleasant it gets in the summer. We didn't see the host, he sent WhatsApp msgs how to find the apartment and the key, and said if we needed anything, he can get there in 20mins.

The shared "living room", the kitchen and the bedroom have a functional furniture but it is old and calls for refurbishment. The bathroom's old but at least cute in some way, but the rest is only old. In general, as my grandma would say, the apartment needs a "female hand", simply somebody who'd clean it properly. The curtains in our room, the kitchen (I washed again all washed things), and definitely the terrace. The shared living room is too dark and uncosy. The 5minute walk from the Giardini-Taormina train station is along a road without pavement, so it's a bit unpleasant with cars passing so close by. The climb to Taormina from the sea level is steep and long, but maybe there's a bus (the host could give info about that?). In general, the apartment feels a bit old and dark... but ok for those who come for what's beautiful outside, and only look for an ok place to sleep.

Amazing room for low price, we were super happy that after few places with bad/not working aircon (January, even Sicily is cold in winter) we found a room possible to heat up. Kitchen is small but have everything what's needed, room is basic but cheap, so doesn't really matter, is not 5* hotel. Super helpful host. Close to the beach and to the AMAZING bakery, just on the corner. Taormina is just few minutes away and is way more quiet. I would definitely recommend this room to anyone who doesn't have super high expectations ;)

For people who, like myself, have problems with loud sounds, street below could be a bit of a problem in night. And thats it, rest was perfect

Good location to visit Taormina, well communicated with bus and train. Shops and restaurants near by had fair prices. Maurizio was very kind and helpful with his advice. He guid us whats around the hood.

The flat is old so there is characteristic smell inside. Our bedroom and the living room was pretty dark without sunlight. The furniture are old so they smelly the same. Sofa in the living room is a trash so it's time to replace it. Spring mattress in our bedroom wasn't comfy enough for people with sleeping difficultie(like me).

Good communication with owner. Easy to get there. It is near to beach and also to train station and bus stops. Nearby very good pizzeria with wide range of pizzas for a good value.
