Close to METRO and restaurants
This wasn’t first time I have chosen this hotel due to the location. I was little disappointed this time due to the fact that air-cons didn’t really working well, on second night I asked front desk personal to check but doesn’t fruitful. He called 5 min after and told me his colleague will come ( it was close to midnight) but no one turn out. I hope someone would have checked on next day but at the end we were in the room like roasted chicken. We tried to open windows but ended up inviting mosquitoes n other flying insects to the room. I hope the property owner will improve the air condition and train their night staff on basis assessment and troubleshooting. ( I weren’t ready to move the room as per offer because it was midnight and we were with 5 luggages to be repacked. At least I hope someone take some action on next day)

location in Saint Denis is not good, I would not feel safe going out at night as a couple. In a group coming from the Stadium is ok.

Location, outside environment doesn't sound very safe, furniture and finishes are old. room has smell.

Helpfull stuff
Very crawded during breakfast, not enough number of tables. Stuff unable to refill disappearing food- this was creating atmospher of stress

nice and clean! Room really nice and bathroom great. Location is quite far away from the city but having the metro right at the doorstep is a plus! Parking good as well

Go with breakfast option. It is really good. Value for money. Rooms are spacious and stuff was nice.
It is away from the main train station. to go-to main train station you need to board the metro which is stroller friendly . No elevator or lift at metro stations.

not all staff was friendly, but their was 1 person at the reception who was very friendly and helpful
he looked foe us the best way to run in the morning, the entrance of the tour

- Long waiting times at the hotel bar (even the staff was called)
- A total fiasco during breakfast (applies for entire stay)
Very long waiting times at the main restaurant for the breakfast
- Waiters / kitchen staff shouting and discussing aloud during staff (dd 24/10)
- Breakfast items not being replaced/refreshed on time (many customers upset)
