Perfect location, quiet but still central. Breakfast was excellent!

Emma and Craig were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice.. Emma also recommended places to eat for dinner.

It would have been useful to have s mirror in the bedroom not just the bathroom

Friendly, helpful staff; a lovely full English; a clean and tidy room. What more is there to want? It's a ten minute walk into Town and a five minute walk to the Greenway for a stroll in the countryside. Will definitely be booking again.

The hosts Clare and Craig were wonderful both before and during our stay, checking in on us the day before our travel, and sorting parking for when we arrived, they couldn't have been more accommodating. The room was immaculate and really comfortable and the full English breakfast was delicious. The B and B itself was delightful and situated in a perfect location within walking distance of everything.

Lovely friendly host. Room and shower room ensuite perfect for our stay. Great breakfast and lots to choose from. Close to town centre all within walking distance. Will def use again.

Hosts were very friendly and informative. Excellent little kitchenette for making refreshments and snacks. Short walk into town and all amenities.

Television was not placed in the ideal position.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast, great location and generally good value for money. Quite happy with our experience.

Unfortunately the mattress of the bed needs replacing (Mattress is U-shaped, pulling my partner and I to the middle and waking each other up all night).. The mattress caves in the middle and led to quite a bad nights sleep. Otherwise our stay would have been pretty much perfect.

We liked everything about this property. From the warm greeting when we arrived, the lovely smell from a scented candle, the delicious breakfast, great coffee, the pleasure of staying in such a superbly decorated accommodation and last but not least our wonderful hosts.

There wasn’t anything not to like

Everything was spotlessly clean and very well presented. Host Emma and team were very pleasant and couldn't do enough for us. Overall we had a wonderful stay thx Emma.

A truely lovely place to stay, beats any hotel or B&B we've stayed at before. Recently decorated and very clean with lots of lovely touches throughout. Hosts were very friendly and made you feel really comfortable with nothing too much trouble. A very tasty breakfast and it was great having a separate kitchen area to be able to use as you pleased throughout stay. Great location, town centre only a short walk away 10 out of 10 and would 100% recommend.

The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the theatre and all local attractions. Lovely welcoming hosts, who were so helpful with all aspects of our stay - we couldn’t have asked for more. Comfortable room with good WiFi access which was helpful for us. Would definitely stay again!

When booking we worried about the lack of private parking, however don’t be put off by this- it was only minimal inconvenience as a permit for local street parking was available, and since the location was so central, we didn’t need to move the car once parked up on arrival. The hosts were more than happy to assist with parking queries.

Really friendly hosts Great breakfast Convenient location (on one of the main roads in Stratford - within ten minutes of most key attractions) Spacious room with comfy beds and pretty much all the amenities you need. It was also spotless!

The wi-fi didn’t really work and staying connected was a constant struggle. However, I think the internet is generally poor around Stratford

Good location able to walk into town and to the theatre. Very clean and bright. We loved the pictures decorating the rooms. The host and hostess were really helpful. Nothing seemed to much trouble. Very friendly. Breakfast was good. Lovely having a little kitchen for guests to use stocked with tea and milk etc. . Would definitely stay again.

Great breakfast, very nice hosts, good room, liked the guests kitchen area, parking permit was very helpful , 10 minute stroll to town.

The place was outstanding and very well placed. You will not find better hosts.

No problems at all. If you find fault look at yourself not the place.
