Big, light room, nice rooftop bar.. very kind staff. Good breakfast in early time. Everything was ok. Best value..

Small, hard bed.

The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful, as were the rest of the staff I ran into at breakfast and in the lobby. This is a great location near the Portuguese city, and my room had a nice view of the ocean.

I had to keep the windows shut at night because the city stays active until later at night, but thankfully the room did have air conditioning.

This is a lovely hotel, staff really friendly and professional. the location is fairly good for parking and on the street our car was safe overnight. the bed and shower were excellent as was our breakfast.

The only slightly minus point is the locality. Very few restaurants and the area is quite run down but saying that we left our car overnight on a street around the corner and it was still there unscathed the next morning. Would we stay at this hotel again YES.

A great location and we were given a suite with a balcony complete with a view to the sea. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a couple of days by the sea exploring the Portuguese city.

We wanted comfort over atmosphere our last night in Morocco. The room was small, but fine enough, good hot water, great view from the 5th floor. The 90 MAD Ramadan buffet was a good deal.

The place is a bit cold in feeling. The poor woman at the desk seems to work 24 hours, so I can't expect more.

I liked that I had sea view, but I also looked on a mettalshed Building. The breakfast was not speciall but for the price good. Closed to the Sea........

The Room was loud.. On top of my Room there is a cafe and they like to move chairs ;-) The Area is just loud. The Area itself has not much to offer.

Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Addressed my need for allergy to cigarettes. Easy to find by cab drivers. Surrounded by plenty of variety stores (superettes) and eating places.

Very friendly and competent staff, especially the receptionists Soumaya and Abdelrezzak did everything they can to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I give a big thank you also to the guys at the restaurant.

Air conditioning was good in the rooms and the buffet-style breakfast was great. There was a lot more offered than I had anticipated. The staff are kind and helpful as well. Location is fantastic. Just walking distance to the market and to the Portuguese Cisterns.

Better clarity and communication on where to park (if driving). I was almost double charged on the room because front desk staff was unaware that I had already paid for the night's stay when I made the reservation.

Breakfast was good, stuff was good especially the chef and soumiya, Hotel was clean and tidy👌location was very good near to the centre.

The property was clean and in a decent location for the price. As two female travelers, we felt safe at all times. Location is close to the beach, you can see it from the window. The place was clean and well-maintained. Facilities were great including hot water and pressure. There were plenty of outlets to plug in electronics. There is even cable tv for those that are interested but not that many American channels. The front desk staff and general attendants are super friendly and very helpful. They helped us print our boarding pass and find taxis. The staff also spoke English. There is no iron but they offered to iron our clothes. There was no hair dryer, but probably available upon request. There was great WiFi reception on each floor. There is a great rooftop terrace that even the locals appreciate with great views. The breakfast was like buffet style and very complimentary in options. You can tell the hotel takes their booking.com reviews seriously and it shows.

Elevator was a bit small, but completely functional. Walls were a bit thin and so you could hear conversations outside from loud talkers. More hangers would be nice, but probably available upon request.
