Me and my family really like the place. The hot is very kind. I recomended this hotel everything was perfect.

The building complex is located on a plot of land in the middle of a field, close to Afitos. The location is perfect for families because it is far from the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to it. In a 15 minutes walk you can reach the center of this beautiful town. The apartments are spacious and on one side there is a small garden. The pool is very nice and also has a bar.

The faucets really need some fixing and also the broken bulbs in the bathroom need to be changed. A coffee machine would have been useful. Be careful when you turn on the light on the terraces because it is possible that some wasps will make nests around the bulbs!

This place is awesome - we loved the design of swimming pool, the owners take care of everything and are so helpful! They do 200 procent.. we had an apartment in the first floor, I thing the one below are more suitable for families as they have a small garden as well. In the apartment you find everything you need, ver good equipped, very comfortable especially the two bedrooms are in different floors, what gives you nice privacy... nice big and clean rooms. Kitchen was great. What loved the location near Afitos, that is the nice city in Kassandra with great restaurants and atmospehe. Also super to travel around the peninsula.

What might be a bit surprising but nothing the hotel can do about is the location near the street so you can hear cars by the swimming pool area. But nothing that will bother you .. as the ambience is very pleasant ! I will come the to the same place next time!

We were welcomed by the host with an unprecedented warmth and felt very welcome during the whole stay. The daily cleaning was top notch, I cannot recommend this place enough. We will be back.

It was a beautifull area, very clean, a nice atmosfere and the best host you can have. The boutique is 10 minutes walking to the city and when the host saw us, him or his wife would give us a lift if we wanted to. We had to check out pretty early and the host made us breakfast for on the road, he was the sweetest! The house was very clean, spacious and the beds were perfect!

În a few words I can describe my experience at Niovi that everything was perfect! Thank you a lot!

I really loved the hospitailty and service of the property owner. The pool and pool area was really nice and comfortable, so we spent several mornings and afternoons just there, even though the surrounding area has many nice beaches and locations to visit.

As a family we do prefer to some days make food at the appartment. Having a dishwasher would be a huge improvement, even though housekeeping (to our surprise) occasionally did do some dish cleaning for us, whatever we haven't completed ourselves. Also, the kitchen equipment could use an upgrade. Using metal equipment on teflon frying pan is not ideal.

Vasilis is the best host we have ever met, he is really kind and suggested us where to eat and what to see. The apartment was amazing, we loved the sunset from the swimming-pool, the position near Afitos was great. Plus: it's the first time that I really like the shower gel offered in the apartment. Consigliatissimo.

Literally everything! Best choice for group of friends and family with small children in the same time. Very close to the supermarket LIDL Best host ever!
