Proximity to the city centrum.

Smell of damp in the apartment. Weird smell in the closet. Superficially cleaning.

I like that it was easily accessible. very close to tram station and grocery stores

Am very sensitive to sound so being on the ground floor close to the road, i could hear the sound of the traffic and the vibrations from trams passing by

Near city center, big bed, big room, okay price

Humidity,( owner can use some device for this problem) Tiny sink and bathroom, Washing machine ia not usable(looks terrible) better throw it out

The apartment was clean (you have access to the room with cleaning supplies and towels) and Zagreb is a lovely city. 😊 From the apartment to Cvijetni Trg you have 15 min walk and there is Konzum market 3 minutes from the apartment. Also, parking is free in the backyard of the building which was a plus.

We stayed at Apartment Ilica Britanac in the last week of month May. The temperatures were lower than usual and the Apartment was really cold. We texted the owner explaining the issue and asking for help. He called us right away explaining to us how to use the thermostat and how does the heating work (we explained we did all of the things he told us since we knew how that system works). There is also AC in the apartment but no remote unfortunatelly. 😕 We also asked if he could come to the apartment to check it out, his answer was it will work and that we can call him if it doesn't work. We came back to the apartment after 2-3 hours and the apartment was freezing, we immediately called the owner but he never answered. When we checked out the next morning I received the notification that the owner reported us to Booking as a no show - I guess so we wouldn't be able to leave the feedback. This whole experience could be avoided if he answered the phone and at least tried to help us with the problem. The result of all of this is that my husband and I are now sick, with the temperature and will spend the rest of vacation trying to recover (we all know what being cold and having temperature in this COVID times means). Also, the apartment is right next to the tram line and it is super noisy, we were also woken up few times by some drunk people passing by the building and hitting the windows and laughing. You get one address of the apartment on booking confirmation but the apartment is few blocks away. And also, you pay the accommodation in cash so if you decide to stay be sure here be sure to prepare euros or kuna right away. One more thing, the bathroom is super tiny and the bed is really really uncomfortable.   From me a definitive NO for staying at this apartment.

Excellent location, and have own parking place. Walking distance to city center. Appartement was big and comfortable.

everything. Zagreb is a perfect city and the apartment is the highlight. Recomend everyone to come here.
