The apartment was very well located, at walking distance from the ski tracks, and clean. It's also great that they allow pets, and free of charge. It's quite hard to find accomodation when you travel with your dog, and even harder for free. I liked that the water in the shower came out with high pressure and super hot. It's something to appreciate when you get back from skiing. It was possible to leave the car in a covered parking lot within the same building. Very practical. The reception was easy to find and the staff was nice.

The description of the apartment stated that it had oven, dishwasher and washing machine, but it didn't have any of them. One of the heaters was leaking water, and the mattress was uncomfortable. The key that they gave us to open the parking door didn't work. They made us go to Soldeu to pick up the keys, when the apartment was in El Tarter and we saw that they have another office there. If we wouldn't have had our own car, that would have been problematic. On the last night we had very noisy guests on the apartment above, who were moving furniture and screaming the whole night.

It was very close to the slopes, warm appartement with good space to stay. Very clean and comfy.

Should leave more thinks in the appartment. We had to buy even salt and sugar because nothing was in it. In every appartement for 6 years now there are thnks from the previous staying. Now there was only two toilet papers and two tablets for the dishwasher. Additionally, they should leave us three towels, there were two, for staying 6 days. I know this is not so important, the staying was good.
