Towels were provided.
Milk in the fridge was a nice touch.
Lack of barbecue/grill in the garden. Lots of spiders. Not the quietest area, so if you really want to relax, this place is not good for summer peaceful stay.

Lovely clean, tidy, well cared for house. Great location for visiting the local area. Thoughtful welcome gifts left by Suzi. Well stocked and useable kitchen plus dog bowls etc which was a nice touch.
Would highly recommend a stay at Fern cottage.
If i had to say anything it would be Low Water pressure but there is nothing they can do about that!

Beautifully decorated. Clean. Everything you could need. Comfy. Beautiful. Loved the Alexa touch. Great location. Really couldn’t ask for more. Would highly recommend.
Could do with a new high chair as a strap broken.

Private parking at rear.
Location was perfect for South beach & to explore North Norfolk Coast. Old Hunstanton worth a visit as was Sandringham Estate & Holkham Hall & beach.
Needed a pair of kitchen tongs but that’s being picky and water pressure not great in shower but not the fault of the hosts and we’ll still go back regardless.
