הזמנו חדר triple, הצוות אמרנשזה גדול יותר. בפועל הוסיפו מיטה לחדר זוגי.
ארוחת בוקר דיי על הפנים, יש מגוון של מתוקים, כל השאר עלוב.

Excellent sized rooms. Very friendly helpful staff. Well positioned to main central parts of Lipari.

No ironing facilities at all. Charged for pressing which was our only disappointment.

I think one of the best hotels I have ever been. Super clean, beautiful and very comfortable. Next time I will be in Lipari I will most definitely stay at Hotel Bouganville.
If I do have to find one small thing I wished was different it would be the breakfast. It didn't seemed fresh

Good location, nice swimming pool and large rooms with terrace, quiet.
They offered a shuttle service to the beach without saying we would have to pay 32€ and get a seat at the beach club, we found out once there, were not interested and had to walk back to the hotel, the shuttle didn’t take us back. This is an attempt to get money from tourists in a very sneaky way, this is very disappointing

The staff was excellent and could not be more friendly and helpful, especially Giuditta who worked at reception. She answered all of our questions and made any arrangements we needed.

The grounds were stunning, the pool was nice, and the hotel was super clean and well appointed. The staff are welcoming and kind. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located a little bit outside town (10 minute walk) and up hill so you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, mountains and town. The pictures definitely not make enough justice to the place as is way nicer. Rooms are spacious, quiet and with nice terraces and balconies.
The staff is beyond amazing, all very nice, kind and friendly, they make you feel at home. The food is delicious, and all the freshly baked cakes they have for breakfast, I wish I had another stomach.
The area of the pool is nice and quiet, and the water temperature is refreshing for hot summer months on the island.
