one-sided just cancelen my order and rezerved me other room but at pension with cockroach'es

The room was very comfortable and the hotel team really friendly and helpful – thank you!

Clean room, fridge included, safe location, WiFi. Very big room, quiet other than traffic noise if you open the window. Can be in anywhere in central Berlin in less than an hour.

Not much English speaking in the hotel, which was surprising in a global capital city. No kettle or tea/coffee facilities, pillows very small. Location is a bit of a long walk from the train station and food options, except for a Burger King next door, which was too busy to serve us.

Dear hotel management, the staff at the reception were very rude. I was on a business trip and the company's visa card could not be charged, which I did not know. Another payment method was used, but your colleagues knocked wildly on the door in the morning and loudly called me out of the room. Unfortunately, I won't be able to recommend it any further. Please talk to your staff, because there was no service or friendliness.

Staff was very accommodating including out two digs

Coffee machine onnthe room would be great.

Far from public transport

Location is far from the autoroute, despite the description and quite noisy with a lot of lights coming during the night. The were spots of killed insects on the walls 😣

Excellent breakfast and ..when travelling by car: Out of the door straight on the main road, no extra 5 traffic lights. But the residence is, despite "near the main road" very quiet! If travelling by public transport - station also nearby.

Considering it is a Hotel - Common toilets are supposedly available downstairs ..they were not (notices taped on doors). And it did not seem that they would be available in the near future.
