A cama, e o quarto propriamente dito eram adequados a 3 estrelas. O staff foi super simpático.

O quarto praticamente não tem luz. A casa de banho é inacreditavelmente má: com bolor na banheira, toalhas de banho minúsculas, apenas 1 rolo de papel higiénico (pedi mais e deram), pouca pressão na água e frequentemente fica quente tão de repente que chegou a queimar, e o pior de tudo o balde do lixo da casa de banho não tem saco o que é extremamente pouco higiénico.

Great location in centre of faro. Room was just what we needed and was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. For being central the hotel wasn’t noisy and we were able to get a good sleep.

There was nothing that stood out that we didn’t like.

they need a good handy person to put right the things that need doing. e.g. mould, grouting in bathroom. toilet flush. plug not working in the sink,towels poor. no phone working in room, heater very noisy. generally needs an update. it is mid price and could do better. have said this before but nothing improves. no complaints about the staff. very comfortable beds. pity the rest of the facilities don’t match.

Poor maintenance support to resolve day to day issues. My phone was unrepaired for the entire stay of 17 days some poorly maintained plumbing services (washing basin tap flopping about in its fixing) No simple table available on balcony
