Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Der Parkplatz des Hotels ist nah und bietet Platz für viele Autos. Besonders gut hat uns die Freundlichkeit des Personals gefallen.

Poor Wifi at the room. Staffs bit arrogant.

My colleague decided due to a chance of plans not to stay a 2nd night. However, the hotel insisted in having him paid also that 2nd night and showed no willingness to find a solution such as a voucher for another visit - even though the hotel was definitelely not full that day and despite the fact that he informed the hotel about this change of plans already early in the afternoon (2.30pm). This is NOT what I call customer-friendly! Also all hotel interior - including my room - were VERY cold - no heating on at all despite the very high tariff I paid!

.Customer service was not so good. I think managers or hotel owner s should train employees a bit how to full-fill customer requirements.

Breakfast was nice.

The room is not as big as it is shown in the photo. Pillow is too high and the duvet is too small.

Price could've been a bit lower

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and varied in a lovely setting.

I liked everything.

The breakfast were exceptionally good, and the staff at breakfast were very helpful and pleasant. I also value the convenient parking.

The Internet connection was poor, and I wish there were an English TV channel such as CNN. The only English channel I could find was Bloomberg Financial.
