Colazione buona ma un 4 stelle non può tenere la macchina del caffe/cappuccino su un banco!

Personale qualificato e disponibile. Cucina molto buona con materie prime di qualità. Le camere sono ben pulite. Alla richiesta di un bollitore ed una presa shuko ci hanno subito accontentati.

Colazione poco assortita. Sporcizia nella zona limitrofa alla piscina. Orari cucina per pranzo e cena e del bar troppo limitati. Materasso molto scomodo. Nella culletta il materasso è stato realizzato con un plaid piegato più volte. Tante zanzare anche di mattina. Ante armadio e frigo bar cigolanti e sconnesse che sembra stiano per cadere addosso.

Breakfast coffee and pastries. The hotel was clean.

Our double bed was two single beds put together and they would slide apart making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. The mattress & Pillows were also not comfortable at all. The water stopped running after midnight which was very inconvenient as we had got to the hotel from the airport late and needed to freshen up and shower. The air conditioning in the rooms were not controllable from the rooms and we had to call the reception to either have it switched on or off. There was no in between.

The breakfast wasn’t very good Nothing was covered over One morning they ran out of butter The jam was a syrup The Wi-Fi was rubbish Some of the reception staff were not approachable The bar closed at 10.30pm!

Il parcheggio coperto e al chiuso

In generale la struttura non ha soddisfatto le aspettative di un 4 stelle. Siamo arrivati e ci hanno dato in reception due bigliettini con cui andare al bar per il drink di benvenuto…un prosecco o succo che non ci è stato permesso di cambiare con niente altro, neanche una Schweppes. Addirittura al momento del check-out abbiamo restituito uno dei due tagliandini poiché non utilizzato e ci hanno comunque addebitato la Schweppes sul Conto. La camera era triste, non arredata in nulla accanto al letto ( matrimoniale composto da due lettini singoli ) non c’era neanche una presa per caricare i cellulari, che potevamo caricare solo accanto la tv . Climatizzatore in camera non regolabile da noi ma solo dalla reception componendo il num 9. Nel bagno c’era la ruggine nella vasca. La nostra camera era comunicante con un’altra da cui era separata da una porta coperta ( male ) da un armadio… quindi acustica pessima. Mi dispiace ma ho detto solo la realtà .

Das Restaurant hatte den Charme einer Bahnhofshalle, sehr durchschnittliches Frühstück, nicht sehr vertrauenswürdiger Aufzug, massiv viele Tauben am Pool, Poolhandtücher mussten pro Stück mit 5,- € Ausleihgebühr bezahlt werden,

Schönes, großes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht direkt am Lungo Mare. Gute Lage in der Nähe der Altstadt. Das Hotel ist schön, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen…

Unfreundliches und unmotiviertes Personal. WC-Spülung kaputt, die Klimaanlage kann nur von der Rezeption aus gesteuert werden, nicht jedoch von den Gästen. Betten sind steinhart. Kein Strand in Gehweite.
