Very clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff

It was further out of town than I had appreciated and no obvious public transport options - my fault for not checking thoroughly enough

My only complaint was the bathroom floor was extremely slippery. I slipped over when getting out of the shower as one foot missed the bathmat and I crashed to the ground. Fortunately I did not hurt myself.

The fan from the kitchen was nosey all night, not loud but loud enough to be annoying

Air con only barely worked despite having staff look at it, it’s a bit far out of town and not a great location for Camino walkers, food not available on Saturday evening so had to taxi into town

The excellent local roads for riding motorcycles, head towards Soria or Vitoria for a blast. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. El Dorado is a great bar in Logroño.

Nice clean room

Requested a room near lift as disabled by email. Reply was "of course." On arrival it was like a circus. Computer wouldn't work. Staff very rude. Room furthest away from lift. Then key wouldn't work. This has happened before on a previous stay! Had to return to reception for a key that would work. Long long story short the staff gave us a complimentary bottle of wine as a sorry. Best thing was watching a very rude receptionist hitting the wrong room door to try to make the key work.

Clean and tidy. The breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There’s a nice cafe closed to the hotel. Opened till late. Room was clean.

It’s a good place for one night stay, but not longer. The room is clean but quite old. Closed to the hotel there is a petroleum station, we had is as our room view. I would say that price is too expensive to this hotel.

Modern comfortable room and Restaurant average for breaksfast that was included . it was good for our overnight stay on our road trip. We also had dinner in the restaurant and the food was average but the location does not conduced to find other restaurants.A

Easy access with ample free parking. Nice spacious room with AC.

AC could work better. Restaurant food would be better if fresh and not microwaved.

The position is awful. The photographs do not show but it is on a petrol station. Very hard to find. Miles from the town centre.

No air conditioning. Room was very warm.

No restaurant open on a Sunday night. Was far to far away from the town

charming, helpful staff. plenty of parking. lovely spacious room . clean and well run. very reasonably priced meal in the restaurant.
