Everything was great

The location is beautiful, get a pool.and sea view room on the 5th floor. Just across the road you can swim in the small bay you can see in the photos or walk to the beach. The pool is lovely with a pool bar too. Cost us €15 a day to upgrade from full board to all inclusive. Rooms a are comfortable and clean. Food was great. Staff very friendly

Really nice hotel in an excellent location for families, we went all-inclusive and there was plenty of choice of food and drinks. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was great with plenty of beds and shade if you need it.

The hotel was full, which wasn't a problem, but they could've done with one or two extra staff at busy times.

In general, it was in accordance with expectations.

Cleaning service: we've been left without soap, the towels were replaced only in the second day, coffee sachets (and water) were only given at the beginning, when we first went into the room. At breakfast and dinner we've been asked to pay for the drinks, being told at breakfast that free drinks are only available at dinner, and the other way around at dinner, which seemed strange.

The location and view from our room was spectacular! Super close to the Cala Agulla beach, one of the best beaches in the island. The room was big and super clean with daily cleaning service and last but not least, the people! The team was so welcomed, super helpful with everything we needed, smiley, the chefs, the waiting staff, the room service team. Thank you so much, you made our stay unforgetable!

It is remote from resort noise. Renovated. Room was very comfy. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. A lot of nature around. Tasty food. Easy to park a car.

We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel. All staff we encountered were very pleasant and smiley. The hotel is spotless throughout and the bedrooms are a decent size with plenty of hanging space - even having UK TV channels. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a sea-facing room which had the most spectacular view across the inlet. We thought there was a complete mix of ages holidaying there and a mix of nationalities too. We were there for 4 days and in that time we were very impressed with the buffet spread. Whilst the salad and fruit was the same each day, the rest of it changed daily and it was really tasty too. We ate different food every day and were very impressed with the taste, choice and quality. Even our vegan friends said there was ample choice for them too. We all thought we'd made the right choice by going all-inclusive. On our last day we were being picked up at 6.30am which was 1.5 hours before the breakfast opened. However, they opened at 6am for us and we had a choice of anything that wasn't heated - even being able to wrap food up in foil to be eaten later. We thought that was a really nice touch because in other hotels, generally speaking, if you leave before breakfast, you don't get any! Cala Ratjada has lots of shops, bars and restaurants, a pretty port and picturesque beaches (of note Cala Gat) all within a 15-20 min walk from the hotel. This is a great value hotel which I thoroughly recommend.

There wasn't any day or night time activities or entertainment. Whilst this didn't bother us, it may bother others.

Very noisy germany groups which were drunk all days by pool. It was wery bad for family holiday with small child…

Our room was exactly as described - spacious with a great view on to the terrace as well as the ocean bay in the background. Staff was very friendly and forthcoming. The crowd and vibe was to our liking - out for fun, but not overly loud or rambunctious. Can't say anything about the restaurant or buffet as we always ate elsewhere.

While a water cooker and cups were provided, we would have appreciated few sachets of coffee or tea bags. Nothing to complain about at all.

We spent 4 nights with half-board in mid-October: The hotel looks nice, clean and modern. Also the room with a side seaview. Very nice location (for us) close to a very nice beach and Cala Ratjada town. Very nice and spacious pool area. Good food, although the selection is smaller than what we got in a previous 4star in Mallorca for similar price. Also the desserts weren't that good. Very good price in the off-season.

Very poor soundproofing between rooms, corridor and bathroom. For that I wouldn't come again. You can hear everything. Other cons: Poor wifi during peak times (evenings). You can only buy a bottle of wine not a single glass of wine with dinner if you are not on all-inclusive. Why I really couldn't understand, especially when all-inclusive guests could get a single glass. Room cleaning (floors) could have been done much better. Leaking shower (hugely).

Very nice hotel, good facilities & staff. Location, 15mins scenic walk from a lovely beach & 30 from the town (though plenty of shops & bars nearby). Well-equipped rooms with fridge, kettle & balcony with sea view. Evening meal menu very good indeed.

Only minor issues - dining room a little boxy/ lacking in atmosphere. Muesli was missing from breakfast & they have the usual sugary squash instead of fruit juice, but all Spanish hotels seem to do this).

Food got progressively worse as the number of guests increased. On the first day we were amazed by the dishes and overall quality and taste, but by the end of stay those deteriorated with fry station serving undercooked meats (chicken skewers! , lamb) also for breakfasts no more churros by the end of stay. Unfortunately in rooms on the street side there is a lot of noise at night from trash and delivery trucks. Occasional drunk Germans yelling in the night. Sometimes not so easy to find parking near by.

Cleanliness of the rooms and overall hotel spaces. Good food (when it was good), nice and helpful staff. Location next to a small cala (with a dive center), nice walk to the beach and hiking trail. Far away from Palma and mayhem of Magaluf and Arenal (although it might have its disadvantages).
