La atención fue estupenda. Nuestro especial agradecimiento a la señorita Nohelia y al señor Rubén siempre muy atentos y cordiales. El hotel es muy bonito, antiguo, tiene decoraciones hermosas. El restaurant estupendo. El desayuno muy bueno y a buen precio. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Muy buena ubicación, el bus #5 pasa al frente y te deja a pocos metros de la catedral y el centro de la ciudad. Realmente la pasamos muy bien.

Por la noche mucho,mucho ruido... nuestra habitación creo k estaba encima de la cocina ...por la noche hasta las 11,30 h, imposible dormir. Se oía hasta la batidora,ruidos,gritos ..

Room was clean and tidy but smoke sensor was covered with foil in both rooms. The lamb at the restaurant was amazing but expensive considering not having sides included. Free parking and very friendly staff members at reception desk.
Smoke alarm covered with foil and restaurant with some dust. Dinner starting at 9pm which can be a challenge when travelling with children.

It was in a convenient location.
We were put in the attic room because we had dogs. It was too hot and the air conditioning did not work. Breakfast was disorganised and slow.

the location is a bit far away from the center and we had to drive or take taxi to get to the center, however that is not a problem

Friendly staff, dog was allowed in hotel. Room had enough space and kids were happy with a bad. From the hotel you can have a walk through park and along the river to the city centre. Burgos is a beautiful city.

Hair dryer was broken in our bathroom. Reporting it during checkout the receptionist apologized and offer us another room with an operative dryer...that exceeded our expectations

Felt very hot in the room and did not like the smell of meat in the hotel( guess the restaurant ) but no smell in the room. Staff in the morning at bar could be more welcome for the breakfast.

It is near the University which has a historic building and walls with lovely park walks. Also lovely walks by the river which takes you to the Cathedral and shopping áreas. The trees shade you well on a hot day. So many nice cafés and restaurants to stop at. Takes about half an hour to walk to the Cathedral área.
Parking free outside which was great.
No English tv channel on tv to watch at night in bed
The bar stools a bit high to sit at although tables and chairs are provided outside in nice weather
Could be a long walk into City Center if you aren't able although there are taxis and buses.
