The 360 view from the hotel is breath taking! from all angles you can see everything,so peaceful and relaxing. The hotel has the best TV channels infact all!The most amazing internet connection,didnt drop out once really fast to connect.Many 5 star hotels dont have the same connection at all.Definatley will be returning again !! Hotel has everything you need for a fantastic stay,location is great very close to everything.Restaurants and shops very close too!

Amazing view

You can't really walk to restaurants because of the constructions being carried or the fact that the streets around the hotel are not light, but it's a 5 minute drive.

The views were outstanding. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning and see the mountains right up in front of us. The bed was really comfortable, and the facilities were clean. Location was also good, the hotel is accessible by car without too much complication.

We tried explaining that we had booked a double bed and were given two twin beds, and the owner treated us very rudely in response, telling us that we should have booked earlier, that he only had two rooms with double bed and that he could not do anything about it. But we didn't like the tone and the way he treated us - so the problem, really, wasn't the bed, which is an understandable issue if communicated with respect and empathy. The supplies were quite limited - one cover (luckily it wasn't too cold yet in Andorra), one small toilet paper roll.

I liked everything

Hotel has a good location with a nice view. Although personnel couldn’t really speak English, they were very friendly and made an effort to make sure everything was understood. Free parking and wifi were very welcome. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The room was noisy. You could hear doors opening and closing in neighboring rooms, which was unpleasant during night time. The shower couldn’t fit its holder, so needed to be held in hand while showering. Also the tub didn’t have a fitting stop.

The presence of a terrace or balcony and a magnificent view from the window, in whatever room you are settled. A cozy room. Excellent hosts.

They were the strangest pillows in the world that I have ever seen.

Atleast a mini refrigerator is required in the room do that people can store food. No coffee maker and breakfast wasn't available

We enjoyed with the amazing views through the huge balcony, both during the night and morning.

We didn't like that we booked and paid for a king bed room, and the hotel was unable to take care of our demand. In addition, it would not be bad idea if they would change the mattresses.

No water, coffee maker, minibar in the room. No breakfast, lunch or dinner available inside the hotel

Nice accomodation with small, but comfort rooms and with beautiful view on the surrounding mountains. Breakfast were fine, but always the same, so during longer stays you can be not so satisfied. The stuff was nice, but a little problem for strangers who do not speak Spanish may appear when you speak with them.

The location, view, cleaning and parking were excelent. The hotel has a familiar atmosphere, warm and cozy.

Breakfast consistent for a mountain area, but always with the same offer. Walls are very thin and you can hear a family argue from two rooms away. The bathroom instalation are very old and noisy some times.
