Didn't open anyone when I arrived. Felt like nobody was there. Stayed outside around 30 minutes. It was late. It was raining. They need to do something with that bell. Called the numbers written, anything.

Nice room near airport.

Tooo thin walls and loud doors and stairs. But if u just waiting next airplane.. book it.

The mattress was unfortunatelly worn.

A little bit old, I choose a large bed and they give us two twin beds joined together.

Comfortable beds, easy check-in, very clean bathroom and room. Location is great, airport is quite near and supermarket is also avaliable

It was just 400 meters from bahnof, totally loved this aspect. What I loved about stay is that they had a coffee maching which worked during nights too for small amount of money. They allowed me to keep my luggage for few hours after I checked out. And the employee there was so much considerate, she made attempt to send the rechnung to me multiple times for several days at a stretch, after I left. Because for some reason I was unable to receive their emails. I was deeply humbled with her gesture. She seemed super patient while bearing with my poor Deutsch language skill too.

What I didn't find comfortable is that when I arrived there and called the TM hotel employee to grant access to me, I couldn't understand what she was speaking because of my limitations in Deutch language. So I wished it was in English. But on a good note, some other person who was staying at TM hotel helped me get inside. Otherwise I would have left stranded outside.

Just excellent, but poor download speed.

2 km walking distance to airport.

1. When I made booking a room cost 44 euros but I was charged for 72 euros. As I don’t have price offer screenshot it’s not possible to prove it. 2. Hotel is located 2 km from the airport and about 14 km from city center. There is no hotel staff in reception. We tried to arrange taxi from there - it was impossible because Dortmund taxi companies don’t offer taxi from this place. I tried to call hotel owner to arrange taxi for us, but she didn’t speak English and just dropped the phone. 3. Hotel room was old, dirty and cold. There were dirty socks left on the chair.
