The staff was very kind, and overall it was a very good stay.

The tiles were a bit old, and not having the slippers was not best.

This time, the breakfast was in the restaurant and, admittedly, I was down slightly later - but it wasn't great. This is the first time that I have found this - usually it is perfect.

The breakfast was OK; nothing more than that. The hotel location, parking garage and the restaurant were very good. Location ideally very close to Zug center.

The breakfast could be a bit more comprehensive like also vegetarian options

Great shower, super comfortable bed and such wonderful helpful staff. I arrived really late and I had forgotten to mention that I was allergic to feather bedding and needed synthetic bedding. The lady at reception was so helpful and kind and managed to replace everything. Such a great stay and excellent value for money considering the cost of Switzerland.

Very helpful staff - customer centric and accommodating. Had an issue with lights in my room; they attempted to fix right away but meantime offered an upgrade to a very nice suite. This is how Customer service should be.... Location was good and hotel was very clean with a underground garage that actually had space for multiple cars.... not like some other places that advertise parking but then send you to a public parking lot 200meter away. Very happy.

Nothing really wrong.... hotels in Zug are small and relatively expensive comparing to other cities within EU....but that's just the nature of the area.....
