Excellent ! We were very comfortable. We stayed at different places in Italy and there was our most valued.

Staff were great, especially the restaurant staff.
My room was 25 centigrade. Air con wasn't working. I reported it to the front desk who did it was reset, but it wasn't. It was a very uncomfortable nights sleep.
The following morning I asked the front desk to call me a taxi. Instead, I got a minibus driver who was a rip off. Of course, the driver ans the front desk staff member knew each other.

Food choice could have been better. No chicken on the menu.

The overall location is very good and comfortable.
The Air Conditioning is very noisy and it seems to be on an airplane during the night.

Removing a bed from the bedroom mid stay with no explanation or any compensatory action from the hotel because of the error and the time it took to fix it

Great coffee……had a little trouble finding facility as it was late and dark after a very long day. Room was generous for 3 single beds which we requested. We would definitely stay here again….about 30-40 minutes from Rome by car…

Gorgeous hotel outside and inside. Seemed very luxurious.
The AC did not work very well at all. It was 26° when we got there around 2200. Had it running all night long and woke up to 24°. No way this AC could keep up in the dead of summer.
Everything was clean but room seemed very outdated.

Nice spacious, quiet rooms with a good view. Great lobby with a piano bar and service. Breakfast simple but sufficient.
You couldn't sit outside at the bar (the weather was fantastic). The shower in the bath was rather bad, especially as the shower was blocked and didn't work very well. Shame, as the bathroom was otherwise very good. I wish hotels would offer good quality showers only instead of bath / shower combinations.

Nice room and very convenient location for me for meetings.
Extremely noisy with zillions of screaming children.
Service in restaurant was rude. After waiting for 1/2. hour for a cold appetizer, was told that this was not a fast food place! Front desk not welcoming or pleasant.
