The breakfast buffet was excellent! free flow coffees, fresh juice and the yummiest baked goods! The location was ideal for getting around Nago-Torbole and Riva on foot. The lake is only a 5 min walk away.

The room decor was a bit unconventional with see through doors or windows to the bathroom.

I was moved to other hotel Lago di Garda Hotel, it gave 2 rooms with no connection so My wife and me has to sleep one on each room with a kid. The parking is paid and is located at 5 min walk!!! not valet parking, so unacceptable

The SPA is very small and it's for an extra charge. The temperature in the Turkish bath was too high, jacuzzi - with an exaggerated amount of chlorine... The shower there was not working well.

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Hotel was ideally located and spotless. It had everything we needed. Would highly recommend

Fantastic breakfast, secure and spacious parking, good rooms and walkable distance to the lake and a few restaurants.

Very nice hotle with modern rooms, Garda Lake, shops, bars, reastaurants are walking distance. The hotel has a nice terrasse for you to enjoy breakfast or dinner and drinks in the evening. Friendly stuff, clean rooms, great cocktails. Private parking at the hotel is available.

Internet connection could have been more reliable. It wasn't very disturbing though.

This was the nicest of the 3 hotels we stayed in during our visit to Italy. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff, especially Anja were so helpful and spotlessly clean and the food in the resturant was exceptional. We ate there both nights!!

Everything was excellent

Location is perfect. The hotel is quite modern. All rooms have a view to the lake. We also had a private terrace. The breakfast was delicious. The collagues at the reception were very polite and helpful.

The location for this hotel was perfect. Near shops and restaurants, boat trips. The room was lovely and clean. Our first night we did have a slight problem with the noise but we were moved rooms straight away without any problem. Every member of staff we encountered was absolutely amazing! They all went above and beyond for myself and my new husband! We would not think twice about booking again…

Breakfast - wide range of choices on offer. Waiting staff very courteous, helpful and efficient. Very pleasant indoor and outdoor dining area. Room: light and airy with small side balcony. Comfortable beds, excellent walk-in shower. Towels changed regularly. Very clean. Storage area for luggage and belongings. Safe for valuables.

Bedroom and en suite rather compact, but adequate.

Breakfast was great, everything fresh and good quality. rooms were clean and kept clean. Me and the wife both had one of the best sleeps, great bed. Woman named Jordana (spelling?)working at breakfast was so friendly and warm made the stay even better! Highly recommend Goti Hotel!

Reception lady with red hair was unprofessional and rude. Breakfast lady making coffee was also not very friendly and gave the feeling of being a burdan…

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast, location is perfect, staff is very helpful and nice, the spa is excellent, inside parking .

on the first days there was a problem with thé airco, but the staff was very helpful and managed to fix the problem, we also got a very nice compensation.
