Nice big room, near the beach, friendly staff.

The breakfast was poor. The playground was closed, we asked for a basketball to entertain the kids (there’s a court) and the receptionist said that they only had deflated balls and no pump.

This hotel has an interesting setup. It's not a big structure along the coast. It consists of multiple villa type structures, each with a couple of rooms. We had a family room which was large and comfortable. The breakfast is elaborate and delicious. This hotel offered us great value for money.

I can't come up with anything.

When I left my phone in a taxi, the chap on reception went out of his way to get it back.

The restaurant wasn’t great - menu was a bit pub grub.

Location, beach, cleanliness, breakfast, accommodation, in general, we had a very good experience.

We were put in a room with an internal door access to another room.. it was locked, however, we could hear the people next door snoar, TV and other sounds which sometimes woke us up.

All were great.

I would like to have a biggest variety on breakfast.

Great hotel, very polite and friendly staff, excellent location with access to a private beach. Breakfast buffet is varied for every taste, very good coffee served. Room that we had was in the main building, perfectly cleaned every day. Pool area is great. We would gladly return to Elite city resort and recommend this hotel to other travelers. Special thanks to Mr. Giorgos Kambouris , the parking vallet, for his excellent service with our motorcycle.

There was nothing we did not like.

Personel kind and helpful. Service was excellent. The hotel is really really clean! The food was excellent and coffee as well. Fast internet connection. Room was spacious.

Very few things not to like. Our balcony was small but it wasn't a problem. There could have been a laundry bag but we asked for one and it was settled at no time. I was expecting a freezer inside the small fridge in case one wanted to buy an ice cream... Still no big deal.

The location is beach front and it is very family friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a lot to do for families with kids aged between 4 and 12. Breakfast is very good.

The pool is extremely deep when you go more than one meter from the edge which might be a consideration for people who are weak swimmers.

The noise. We had a bungalow no 403. After paying all the money sadly we didn't sleep great. To close to the pool with noisy people but even though the maids were nice people they were so noisy. Our bungalow was next to wear they kept all their cleaning equipment. Banging of doors, they shout across to each other. They drag the Hoover's etc. Forget trying to get an afternoon siesta. We still left them a tip because they cleaned the rooms very well. Elite management.

Beautiful hotel just as advertised. Staff were very friendly. The beach was beautiful, free beach chairs and beach towels. We had a great time, beach service wi to the resturaunt was fantastic. Pool was also very large and very deep. Excellent pool bar. Breakfast was delicious. Recommend you get a massage. We also ate at the buffet one night which had live local music.

I didn’t like that the hotel resturaunt had not clean up broken glass at the table and when we first sat down I ended up cutting my hand on broken glass that was left on the chair.

The buffet breakfast offered enough to satisfy a basic breakfast. The breakfast hours were generous and dining options that were offered were indoors, and out of doors. There was a separate outdoor area which allowed smoking. Staff are helpful and attentive. The hotel is very clean on a consistent level.

The breakfast offered enough to satisfy a basic breakfast, but we did notice a significant decrease in the amount of variety of breakfast foods, such as the Greek spinach and cheese pies and there were no pancakes or waffles. We found that the egg dish items were at room temperature, which was not palatable. The variety of fresh fruit was limited and bananas were scarce. This was a buffet, self-serve breakfast and I found that many guests did not adhere to Covid-19 safety protocols. This could have been more controlled by staff.

Location is the best part of this hotel.

The shower didn’t work and I called down to notify the front desk and when we came back to our room no one had come to help or fix it. We only stayed one of our two nights because of this hinderance.
