Great place and very easy access to Cinque Terre region. The property is very well maintained and the staff and owners are very nice, gentle and helpful with recommendations on dinner places and activities. The breakfast is superb and copious and served in the garden around the pool, making it an enjoyable way to start your day! We will come back again for sure!

A lovely oasis in the quieter part of town complete with great privacy and very well appointed.
Compensations must be made for location but well worth the walk in to town.

The staff was absolutely helpful, kind and attentive. The pool is superb and the breakfast was delicious.
We were assigned a room with special assistance facilities, which wasn't very practical for our stay, as we were traveling with an infant.

Villa Agnese is a serene, quaint oasis to enjoy in the middle of your travels. Family owned and lovingly cared for, they will strive to meet all of your needs. The property is beautiful with gorgeous plants and vines and flowers. At night there are lit candles in the yard.
The bedrooms and baths are spacious and our ground floor room opened to the courtyard. The beds were comfortable and bedding clean and crisp. An upgrade might include a fluffy duvet for the beds, but we slept wonderfully. The breakfast was the best we have had on our 2 week trip so far!
Lastly, the staff is supreme! It is evident they enjoy their guests and it shows. Bravo!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the grounds well-kept and idyllic, and the room clean and comfortable. The hotel offers loaner bicycles for a quick 10-15 minute ride into the center of town. The breakfast buffet included a great variety of beautifully laid out, fresh, delicious choices (meats, cheeses, eggs, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, etc.).
The area immediately outside the hotel grounds is pretty non-descript, but assuming you will be spending most of your time either in town or within the hotel grounds, not really a major issue (but maybe a little less enchanting if, for example, you were traveling on your honeymoon or hosting a special function).

It was a bit far away from the beach but they provided great recommendation’s of where to go and how to get around.

The staff and cleanliness are fantastic. The pool is lovely and the estate is beautifully kept,nothing is too much trouble. Good choice for breakfast. Plenty of fruit. We enjoy using the bikes to go to the beach and explore the area.
An extra nice touch would be to provide their ice cold orange and lemon water during the day for the guests. Just a suggestion!

This is the most beautiful place to stay. The villa is stunning with its picturesque surrounds and lovely rooms. Lying by the gorgeous pool was a daily delight.
The staff were the friendliest we have ever had - so accommodating and full of great knowledge of Sestri Levante.
Genuinely we could not fault this Villa , i would not change a thing.

This is the perfect getaway if you want to treat yourself to some calmness and affordable luxury. The staff is attentive and caring and the breakfast is one of the best ones I’ve ever had. It is almost worth a stay on its own. you can easily reach the beaches of Sestri Levante by bike.
That the pool doesn’t open for bathing until 11. However, you can still use the sun loungers.

Not much. Airco was hard to manage. Location close to highway so you have constant noise of traffic when in the garden. But in fact this didn't bother us at all.

Amazing location. Beautiful hotel with every single elegant detail adding charm. It's the most romantic place we have tried. There is always background music, everything smells nice, in the evening they bring out the candles. Employees are treated well and seem happy, which translates to lovely staff. All the extras we ordered from food and drinks had very reasonable prices. We were very sad to leave this place.

Closeness to motorway (initially a bit of a shock) is in fact not an issue and noise is not disturbing at all (windows & doors shut very well).
Very friendly staff, also helpful for restaurant bookings.

We spent 1 night and we had a very good experience. We arrived early, our room was not ready yet but we were welcomed by the flawless staff that offered us everything we needed. The hotel has a beautiful and quiet outdoor area with a well kept garden, it is super clean, it provides all the facilities you might need and the breakfast was gorgeous - the location is not in city centre. We really appreciated the bike free service Villa Agnese offers to visit Sestri Levante and the surroundings.

The environment is so so so nice! All the team is really nice and kind. The whole place is so beautiful, calm and you can relax. The garden and pool has a beautiful and peaceful environment, the room has a lot of space, we had a suite and we went with our dogs, it was great! We love it ! Antonella, Paolo and all the team was really kind and helpful .
Beds can be more confortable, they are not bad, they are totally ok, but they could be better.
