The lobby was dingy. The staff were uninterested in checking me in. The room was tiny and poorly furnished.
After walking around the town for an hour or so, I went back to the lobby and told the staff that I was leaving. They did not offer me another room. They charged me for the two rooms, we did not use.
Mold in the bathroom.

The location is convenient, the staff very helpfull, the facilities are clean.
the room could be larger, mainly the bathtub.
The breakfast is served on the cafeteria and is short of options.

Not too far from the station and with plenty of space in the room. Good bars and cafes nearby for supper and breakfast.
Facilities were tired and the room was not that clean. The carpet and the bed sheets were ripped and the lighting was poor with every second bulb removed

Staff was friendly and room cleaning was good. The hotel was in a good location for our work location and also close the the city centre.
Facilities are a bit dated and worn, the hairdryer was tricky to switch off. Bed was comfortable but no duvet, just a blanket and sheets.

On arrival the receptionist, a delightful young woman was efficient, friendly, interested and helpful.
we were on level 5 and the wifi would not connect in our area. Wifi worked in the lobby. The toilet seat had what looked like an old cigarette burn on it.

Location was a bit far from the old-town centre but was good for the fair-grounds. This was good because we were able to visit the fair which just happened to be on while we were there.
Breakfast was rather poor with just toast or pastry and a beverage.
