We love the condo and the resort. The location is perfect. Our room and hosts were fantastic. Even with a couple of issues with the bathroom and couch, our hosts kept us informed and made things right.

The staff and security were unable or unwilling to address the many issues caused by the multiple baseball teams and people using the facilities without actually staying at the resort. The families of the baseball teams invited the rest of the teams (not staying at the resort) to use the pool area and large groups entered the pool area from the parking garage and restaurant parking area. The main garage entrance does not require the used of the facility code, so people have figured out they can just walk in and use the pool. Band wearing was not enforced so the pool area was very overcrowded. The baseball teams tracked mud all over the resort.

Very nice balcony and view of the swimming pool. Had everything needed for the vacation therefore was very comfortable for the duration of the trip.

The location was conveniently located to everything needed. The resort was well kept. The room had everything we needed. Our host Maria was so helpful and an exceptional communicator. Having the shuttle made things so much better, so you could just park and walk or ride. Also the staff at the resort was amazing especially Jeremey (resort manager) and Patrick (shuttle driver)!

I liked that pretty much everything was in walking 🚶‍♀️ distance.

We loved the condo that we stayed in! It was clean, well stocked for all of our needs, and the amenities of the complex were wonderful! The heated pool and hot tub were very welcomed since it was a little cool out. It is close to the beach and there are plenty of things to do in the area for families. We would definitely recommend staying in this condo on your next vacation!

We can't think of anything as our first experience staying in a condo spoiled us - it was all WONDERFUL!

The place was nice & roomy for my daughter, her husband, her two children, my husband & myself. The pools were great! We were just in for a long weekend but it was nice & cozy! They had carts to use to get your stuff up to our stay. Beach towels, a wagon & dryer were all provided! A nice walk to the beach!

One of the toilets was running a lot.(minor repair needed) The kitchen had most of the necessities except a baking sheet.

Location is excellent. Meticulously clean. Water pressures were more that adequate. Beds (mattresses} were comfortable.

The view to the pool is great, the spacious balcony, the free shuttle to the harbor walk. the location is just great and convenient to everything. Condo was clean, provided enough and all for our wonderful stay. Our 3rd time staying at The palms of Destin in different condos and always enjoy our stay.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Great service from the staff. Great food. The only down side is the prices. Paid 65 for two cheeseburgers and two small drinks. Ridiculous. Besides that the location is great is 6 minutes walking from the beach. Multiple stores like walmart and target. Water park. Cinemas.

The prices everything felt way too costly. Taking in consideration were at the ocean seafood was very costly. Also the stores they are more expensive than in texas.

the location and how great it is for family with children. everyone are super nice. it is close to everything. they have a shuffle to the beach so you don’t even have to worry about taking your car. it was also very quiet in a way that once you close the doors and windows you can hear much.

the carpet on the hallway to the apartment but not a problem at all.

We liked the location to the beach. We liked that they were accommodating when the first apartment was not up to our expectations and smelled like smoke. We enjoyed the balcony and the view.

We had to walk pretty far to get to the second building and there was no easy access to the parking garage from there. The fact that we had to pay a cleaning fee but then had to take the trash down. They only had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and then we had to provide our own.

This is a great place to stay especially with children. The pool is absolutely beautiful. They have a great area for drinks and food but if you are trying to budget vacation it is very possible. My only complaint is that the playground area is definitely not maintained as well as the rest of the property. The grass needed to be cut and some of the equipment appeared to have broken parts. Oddly enough, one of the reasons I booked this place was because of the playground.

Absolutely amazing and friendly staff and Sam is the sweetest and very easy going! The location is key, walking distance from the beach. There is also a shuttle that goes to the beach and the harbor which is very very useful, the place itself is huge more than I was expecting. Overall was a great stay!!

I loved from the time we check in, the lady at the front desk was very polite. We arrived early and she checked us in and went and got us all ready. The room we loved it was PERFECT! The only thing there is it needs a dust mop, dust pan, good mop , and bucket. Other then that our room was AMAZING! The balcony view to the pool was great and the night glow we at was breathtaking! I would give the room a 10+.

I wished there was music through out the pool area. Not just at the bar. Hot tub was crowded at times. Felt that maybe there should have been 2 for as many condos that was there. Too many little kids hanging out at the hot tub unsupervised. Adults trying to relax and couldn't due to kids running in and out of pool.
