Highly recommended , excellent location.
Clean and big room, Hotel has fulfilled my requested bed. Fabulous breakfast. Stayed during holidays 30/4 for two nights. #658. Please keep up the good work. Highly recommended especially family with children. From SG foreigner. To management and staff, for so many years you have put up a hard effort, please continue it. Well done!!!
My point of view, should get some staff to learn basic English / Chinese so that your staff able to help foreigners if they need. Hope that it will help to attract more visitors to stay. All the best to you.

Typical resort. Just in the middle of the competitors.
Good breakfast, easy access from the city, definitely swimming pools. Rooms, in general, clean and tidy, with kettle, TV. Rather good experience than bad. But…
… the remote controller for air conditioning and TV didn’t work. While booking, there is no clear information about the property you are going to stay in. That resort has three compounds and only one has direct location and access to the beach. From 2 you have to walk through the street. it shall be clearly said as it was decision point in my case, making me very unsatisfied.

Big disappointment
Good location.
First, The life guard should get trained emergency respond like CPR and first aid response. Also they have to prepare a tube and a rope for drowning accident. There was accident while I was staying the resort. I saw in front of my eye the accident. If you have a kid, I really really do not recommend this resort for your kid's safety and also for your own. You want to go good resort with life guard trained properly for accident and rescue equipment is ready on the beach. Second, House keeping is not trained. They throw away the guest's personal stuff as they like. The house keeping throw away my own make up remover , make up cotton , hair product , shaver , my tooth brush. They compensate the mistake house keeping did but I was already very upset. You come back from beach and you find your room is not cleaned (they told me they didn't clean the room since I was late check out at 6pm, but I still agree to pay, why don't they clean my room??) and house keeping throw away your stuff while they just come to empty the trash bin. My tooth brush was pink color , shaver was also purple color without confusion that it is clearly the guest's personal stuff, also why they throw away make up remover and hair product. House keeping SHOULD NEVER TOUCH the guest personal stuff. Very Basic house keeping standard. definitely no common sense.

Lovely, comfy stay
The hotel was really lovely, with helpful and friendly staff. It's clean and the breakfast was good with loads of choice. There are two pools which were also great, with poolside bars and plenty of loungers. We never had to wait for a seat. The room was spacious and clean with a nice view. The security guys hold the traffic for you to cross the road between the two sections of the hotel which can be helpful if you're not used to Vietnamese traffic!
The location street-side was good, with lots of bars, shops and cafes very close by, that you would expect from a beachy location like this one, however the hotel's section of beach wasn't great. Due to sand erosion the beach itself was very short with little sand, and there are big sandbags trying to reduce the erosion which aren't pretty. Of course, this is absoultely not the hotel's fault, but if you are looking for a more picturesque beach for your hotel you'd need to go further west. My one quibble with the hotel was when we booked a tour with them to take in the main sights of Mui Ne, incuding the sand dunes and the fairy stream. I would assume that when you buy a tour taking you to different locations that that price includes entry to the places you are going to see. However, for two out of the four sights we had to buy entrance tickets on top of the price of the tour, which was a bit of an unpleasant surprise. This also meant that we didn't actually see the white sand dunes as we were taken to a part of it where we had to pay 400 000 each to be taken up a dune on a quad bike, which we didn't want to do. We would have preferred a part of the dunes where we could wander freely, and whats more, that price was basically what we had paid for the whole tour. This was misleading and should be improved.
