We hadden een erg mooie kamer, zeer schoon, fris en rustig. De kamer was ruim en mooi afgewerkt met degelijke materialen, alles zag er nieuw uit. Het hele hotel zag er goed verzorgd en zeer netjes uit. Het ontbijt was vrij uitgebreid en werd geserveerd in de gezellige kelder van het hotel. Het hotel heeft een erg mooie uitstraling!

De badkamer was in verhouding tot de kamer erg simpel ingericht. De douche was voorzien van een douchegordijn i.p.v. een douchewand of een ruimere inloopdouche (hier is voldoende ruimte voor), dit laatste zou de badkamer een stuk opwaarderen.

Excellent breakfast, good quality food and variety, from delicious musli and yoghurt to different eggs dishes, a good selection of fruits and bread, jam, and gelly of various types, nice coffe and tee. Good size room and bathroom,

Cosy hotel with old features, friendly staff, good wifi, parking lot on the square behind the hotel, and excellent restaurant in the "Keller".

Noisy street because of the old centre where the streets have cobbled stones, making a lot of noise (the bedroom provides earplugs).

Very old hotel (1773) situated in a UNESCO protected town, but with modern facilities. Very friendly service from all the staff, in particular the ladies in the restaurant. Restaurant: food was excellent. Pleanty of free parking available.

Room 1 is next to the elevator, so not the best choice. Breakfast is OK, but for me the egg portions, the fruit portions, ... isn't a good idea.

The hotel looks like from a fairytale. We were back to 19 century. Room was clean big, stylish. Breakfast was testy. The place is very nice. I wish we will back some days.

The most friendly staff I've ever met!! The hotel itself was just perfect, in the middle of a beautiful historical town. The room and bathroom were very spacious and had everything I needed. I've stayed in a few different hotels that same week, and this was the first one where I could get some amazing sleep. The beds were fenomenal!

Excellent location in this pretty, UNESCO protected town. Character building with high ceilings and wooden floors, spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Sockets close to bed. Free parking on the town square just outside the entrance. Lift. Dog-friendly, though maybe not in breakfast room, depending on who you ask.

Bathroom could do with an update. No safe in room. Breakfast not very exciting, with coffee in a thermos. Hospitality tray limited to 2 cups of coffee only, no tea, no decaff, no biscuits.

Very charming old building, which makes it awesome to explore. The rooms are spacious. You should definetly try the restaurant in the basement! they serve an amazing schnitzel.

Not the cleanest room I've ever slept in. Also, the rooms are not soundproofed very well. The beds are not very comfortable.

Great spacious room with wonderful breakfast.

We were charged horendous amount for a baby cot (without prior notice). The baby cot was broken and was not safe for our baby so we ended up not using it at all. We arrived late so were not able to fix it as staff was not present then. When feedback was sent via email and we asked for money back (we only noticed the charge after leaving as noone pointed it out upon check out) we got no reaction :(.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Could park the car just outside the room.
