Very close the sea and public beach, also to promenade to the center! Shops and restaurants around. Very helpful and sympathetic owner!

Convinient location, grocery shops are nearby, city beach is 10 min walk. About 20 min walk to the city center. Owner Elio very nice and helpful. Altogether nice, quiet and comfortable place to spend holidays.

Although it's B&B, there is not breakfast included or at all available which surprises us as we expected to have it included in price. No compensation offered. Kitchen could be equipped and maintained better. There's not much to cook in. There wasn't even a cutting board in the kitchen until we asked for one.

- Elio is a great host, very communicative with great English - he offered advice and help and nothing was a problem for him. - Apartment is very clean, lots of space and well equipped. - You can rent bikes:) - The perfect location for the 'undecided': close to Lido beach, a bit further but still close to Maria Pia (beautiful beach by the dunes - about 1.5 km) and still close to the old town and center (about 1.5 km) - wonderful older dog - Lilo, please pet him :)

- the mattress on the bed was too soft even for a thin person - I couldn't search for any wifi but ultimately didn't ask for it :)

The house is very comfortable with a nice garden. The room was big enough for two and there was everything we needed. Elio is a great host with amazing recommandations and his dog Lillo is super cute and lovely, too. The house is located close to the sea and there are many supermarkets near by. We loved to stay here for four nights and would definetely recommend the accomondation!
