It was the perfect place for a perfect holiday! The room was clean and spacious with a great Aircon. The pool area was well kept with ample sun beds and the poolside bar (with food) was excellent. The team were welcoming and extremely helpful, all you had to do was ask! Last but not least, the location was amazingly central. I'm definitely going back!

The pictures do not do the property justice. We were pleasantly surprised with the 2 modern bathrooms we had in the room and the apartment itself was so much more modern than the pictures.
The staff were brilliant, checked numerous times that we had everything we needed and the cleaner Maria was lovely and constantly checked we were happy with everything.
The pool area was clean and tidy and sunbeds were always available.

From arriving to leaving everything was perfect. Dino is a fantastic host and nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to going back soon to such a great location.

The location is just perfect for everything. Beach is 3-5 min walk, central is less than 2 min walk. Very clean and super hosts. we met only the two of the three brothers but both very kind, helpful and professional.

The rooms are beyond basic and falling apart. In one room the air conditioning was so noisy it was hard to sleep. For example the tap could not be turned to have cold water. In the other room the toilet seat, towel rail and fridge door were broken. Really uncomfortable beds. We expected more from the reviews.

Town centre is just round the corner. close to beach and everything else. nice balcony view of the church. you can hear the church people singing at night and sunday morning. very nice. Also good choice of background music.

Absolutely everything. Exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was an absolute delight to stay there. I will be booking for our next holiday very soon. I will be recommending Zouboulia Apartments to all my friends. The apartment was immaculate, and was cleaned on a daily basis. Zouboulia Apartments are also located very close to local amenities.
The supermarket is only about one hundred yards away.
I honestly don't think that anything could be improved. Absolutely fabulous. The beds were very comfortable and the shower unit was superb.

Towels were rough like sandpaper and although clean were very discoloured, definitely seen better days. Terrible view fro. Balcony, looking into opposite apartment. None of the rooms appeared to have a view

the staff at the zouboulia are so friendly . the location of the apartments is so close to the centre it doesnt involve much walking...the cleanliness of the apartments is exceptional..i will definitely be returning

Breakfast is highly recommend,Dinos does cooking. Lovely sitting around pool and relaxing. All guests I spoke to loved breakfast in such a lovely relaxing setting

The owners Bill and Dino and all staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, the apartments are spotlessly clean as are the pool and bar areas and are in a perfect location only 2 min walk to everything 👌🏼 we had a fabulous stay and will definitely choose these apartments if we return to Kos in the future.
