Location: affacciato sulla baia, gode di splendida vista con accesso diretto alla spiaggia attrezzata.

Vista dalla camera sul mare meravigliosa, appartamento grande, nuovo, pulito. Bella piscina, anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito, spiaggia davanti l'albergo con lettini e ombrelloni gratuiti.
Colazione misera, da migliorare. Le opzioni dolci erano poche e di bassa qualità. Il motivo principale per il quale eventualmente ci penserei due volte prima di tornare qui.
Aria condizionata in camera funzionante ma puntata direttamente sul letto, la notte trovare la giusta temperatura e velocità del flusso dell'aria era un'impresa...

The Hotel is located perfectly to visit all the landmarks of Western Crete (Balos/Falasarna/Elafonisi/Akrotiri etc.). Perfect for long stays. Staff super friendly, room well cleaned everyday with attention to details (towels were folded every day with fun designs). Room very spacious with good A/C, Kitchnette with fridge, Terrace with sea view. Hotel also have a lovely pool with unfortunately we did not take advantage of as we were travelling all days around the stunning beaches around Kissamos. Hotel located in a very safe with traditional taverns (Sunset taverna top choice) at walking distance. Overall would 100% recommend for longer stays

This hotel was a great surprise when I arrived. Modern building right on the beach in the quiet street. The check in went great, they even agreed for an early check in which I appreciated very much. The lady at the reception was very nice, very helpful with suggestions for trips. I really enjoyed the breakfasts, every day a bit different and there were some Greek choices to try. The room was spacious with big balcony and sea view. Walking distance to the city of Kissamos with plenty of restaurants and shops but at the same time it is not a resort area so you can enjoy the Cretan vibe.
The bathroom needs an upgrade. The bath tub was clean but the surroundings was a bit moldy.

The receptionist stayed longer hours for me to pick up the keys. This was due to the plain delay.

Big room with beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean.. Beakfast buffet was excellent including Greek items. The room was well equipped including the kitchen.
We checked in at 6 pm and wanted a shower but it was broken. No water from the shower head. It was fixed in the morning after I reported the problem.

Large suite, with separate bedroom and living area along with kitchenette. Good housekeeping services. Beach front. Nice and friendly staff.
Spacious room could be so much more homey if decorated with more charm and attention. Soul-less spaces. Breakfast offerings could be protected from the sun (products such as milk were unfortunately hit directly by sunlight) and the refrigerated vitrine was not cold enough as the butter melted... leaves a bit to be desired... on top of this, the lovely/beautiful swimming pool was green with algea and left untreated for the while week we were there... a pity...

We loved our stay at Nautilus Bay Hotel. Everything was perfect, from the moment we arrived and until the moment we left. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff very friendly. During the day and until late in the night, Isabella took care of all our need. I forgot the name of the afternoon cook but she is one of the best chefs ever, her cooking is divine. Maria, waitress, was super professional. I recommend this place wholeheartedly and we will definitely return.

Large room, hotel close to the beach, nice restaurant with friendly staff. It was one night stop for us after a trip to Balos, but we regret that we could not stay for one more day in Kissamos.
The hotel is from 2010, but the rooms could be refreshed already a little bit.

Amazing place. Unbelievable location, just in front of the beach and a fantastic view.
Facilities, including the pool and restaurant, are really truly good. Staff is really nice, we were delighted with the upgrade of the room and all the attention we had. Complete breakfast also.
We noticed the background staff smoking in the kitchen. It's nothing that would stop us from going there again, but I would advise them to review this point.

Super friendy staff, nice pool, nice beach with free sunbeads...fantastic location. Wish tha Kissamos would be more vibrant at night, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.
When doors are locked from the inside, it should not be accessed from the outside. Really minor thing, but it happened. We look at this very positively :)

Hotel is on the oerfect location. It have pool with beds and umbrellas and as well a private beach with sun beds and umbrellas.
The stuff is so nice and you feel like at home nice and comfy.
I would recomended this hotel to everyone

We had a nice stay at Nautilus Bay Hotel, the sea view from the room was great (the best thing here). The room was big and very comfortable. Our room was cleaned every day.
We spent only the first day on the beach in front of hotel. The beach was nice, near the hotel, with fine sand and clean water, free sunbeds, the entry into the water is smooth.
Breakfast was good, we had enough options everyday.
The only thing that we didn't like it was the position of the AC, near the bed, but we didn't used it. During the night we left the balcony's door open and was nice to fall asleep listening the sea waves.
