Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and relaxed feel to the hotel. No road noise with a sea facing room. Reception staff were particularly great and always willing to assist and give advice. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was a bit basic but plenty of it. End of season meant the bar was closed but that's not really a problem given how close it is to other places to have a drink.

Great location, nice lobby, great view, maybe the best beach in town. Pay extra for the seaside view to stay away from the noisy street / bar.

Loud bar across the street makes sleeping on street side very difficult. Breakfast eggs were cold at 730, hot at 830 - they don't turn on the fire below the serving tray until later. Showers were warm but not hot.

The view from the hotel and the proximity to the beach. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The quality of the breakfast was not good. We recommend to get a room with views to the sea. On the other side of the hotel the rooms faced ti a English Pub that is very noisy at night. The sunbeds on the beach in front of the hotel had an extra charge. We don't understand this since the beach bar was owned by the bar at the hotel... The area is quite turistic

the furniture was dated. they generate water from the sea and it’s very salty. the air conditioner was old and didn’t work very well.

My room to the rear only had a street view......continental style breakfast was of a good standard......the cleaning regime was daily!......staff responses to enquiries was prompt and professional..... the facilities included an extensive sun terrace plus bar, swimming pool and access to the beach.....a spacious breakfast room with views to the sea side of the hotel being superb!

Daily cleaning and change of linen probably over the top (But appreciated!)......some odour from the drains occasionally.......

Seaside view is worth it! Free breakfast is great.

Location. Rooms with sea view. Cleanliness inside hotel, All staff; check in staff, cleaning staff that seem to work really hard. Decent sun beds. Clean laundry. New mattresses on beds. Hotel lobby area. We have always enjoyed coming to this place.

Lack of investment in important areas. We were anticipating a refurbished pool and pool area but were disappointed. The pool seems to have been refurbished by a bunch of amateurs..again! Pool area generally unkempt. Parts of hotel really tired. Some safety railings rusted and coming loose especially in pool area. Some things had been renewed like furniture in breakfast area but generally what has been done seems to amount to nothing more than ‘rearranging the deck chairs’ unfortunately.

the location and view are great. the hotel has so much potential, but is currently tired. The access from the hotel to the pool could be better designed for ease of use and extended use in the evenings for the bar area. Reception and house keeping were helpful and good.

The hotel is getting a bit rough around the edges in terms of state of repair etc. The breakfast was pretty poor and arriving at 09.30 most tables had not been cleared of old plates and the food not replenished. Only 1 member of staff available.

The Plaza is situated in an excellent position in Masouri with a stunning view over the sea to Telendos (though you pay more for these rooms). The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. The pool area is excellent (the pool itself is a good size and enjoys a great view out to sea)and the pool / snack bar offers a good range of drinks and food and the staff - managed by the super-friendly Nicos - work very hard to serve customers both around the pool and down on the beach. The complimentary breakfast is adequate rather than outstanding but serves its purpose.

Personally, as someone of 'advancing years' with mobility issues, there are a lot of steps to negotiate (though a very small lift will take you to most floors though there are still steps down to the pool area and beach). Secondly, while the rooms are clean and tidy the bathroom area (comprising a wash hand basin, toilet and shower area) is very cramped and difficult to move around in. However, the rooms have air conditioning (absolutely essential during July and August). Unfortunately, there were several electric outages during our stay - which meant no a/c for a little while - and no light.

Comfortable beds, good view over the sea and room / bedding cleaned daily. Centrally placed for restaurants in Massouri.

Good choice for breakfast but would be nice if there was a change of menu during the week.
