The staff were very welcoming and friendly, they made our stay at the hotel 10/10. The hotel grounds felt luxurious, and everything was well kept. The bars were very nice and had great cocktails. The breakfast was always tasty.

The cushions in the beds were too soft and the mattress too for us. The bedrooms needed better sound proofing. We could hear our neighbours TV and the guy shaving his beard.

Staff, pool area, great food and drinks. Massage was exceptional too.

Staff were lovely and helpful and absolutely amazing- this was the best bit and made up for any negatives. Well decorated hotel. Great pool one was warm and other cold water. Loads of space to use a pool chair- nice sofa options. Breakfast was good. Parking good, Access to lassi town easy. Nice different areas to the hotel. Big rooms. Great balcony view except the main road so wasn't quite private (sea view room).

No iron in room or available and expensive to use their service - ended up just buying an iron as was the price of one dress to iron by them! Food wasn't great at the bar, was ok and good enough No mosquito deterrent in room Limited shaded areas to sit Shower leaked a lot Beds super uncomfortable ( dip a lot) For the price 2k+ a week, I would expect the above to be better)

The view from our bedroom was nice across the bay. The food directly by the swimming pool was good and the staff serving where nice and kind.

Several things. We contacted the property after one hour of booking the room to cancel as we couldn’t get our car on the ferry. They said they would look into this and came back a few hours later refusing to refund us. This forced us to come otherwise we’d lose our money. This meant we spent another 160 euros in taxis and the hotel offered us no compensation. in fact they even charged our room bill for a single bottle of water since they didn’t provide enough drinking water for our room. the room itself was basic. when we arrived the floors had been washed but smelled of disinfectant and didn’t dry throughout the whole day and night which was horrible to walk around. The morning breakfast was quite disappointing and lacked much choice and the quality for Greece was wildly below standards. we felt this was far from a 4 star facility with no room service or services late into the night. one of the rooms we booked had a problem with the air conditioning and lasted the whole night and rather than move they offered a fan! I mean utterly ridiculous for the money we spent. The staff cared little and the manager was not friendly. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend this place. Finally the pictures look like they have a private beach - that’s not the case, it’s public and it’s difficult to find a sun lounger and you’ll need to walk through rubbish down the path to hit the beach.

Lovely location with great views for breakfast. The staff are very pleasent and friendly and this is what makes a good hotel first and foremost. Everything after this was very good ,food, service ,rooms ,pool area ,Spa. I will come back and visit again but its a shame it is only for adults as I would like to bring my grand children here with the whole family.

I believe if you brought your prices down to a competitive price with the good restaurants in Lassei for food and especially drinks more people would eat in the restaurant and drink at the bar.. You would get more profit from the drinks if you were more realistic with drink prices as more people would drink in the hotel .These words have come from your guests and not from myself, hence more people more profit.

The staff were absolutely friendly , very approachable and nothing was a problem , the location is awesome the facilities fabulous and the food wonderful , I have worked in the travel industry and I would highly recommend the property .. just fabulous .. sea views were fabulous from most aspects of the hotel .. great cocktail bar and our breakfast was served in the restaurant adjacent to ocean views .. if you like lounging around the pool , we’ll let me say the pool area is stunning, gorgeous day beds! Beautiful decor very classy and lots of areas to sit with your loved one on long lounges amongst the gorgeous garden with olive trees and a sculpture .. well done to all .. just wonderful .. oh we drove around the whole island and our location was perfect ! We are coming back …

Nothing at all , only that my stay was not long enough ..

The hotel was stunning. The pool area, restaurant and breakfast bar was immaculate. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The only downfall was there wasn’t an iron available to use (instead charging €5 to iron a shirt) and we weren’t able to use shower and changing facilities after check out. overall lovely stay though.

everything! the staff were so lovely, the rooms are impeccable, the food was really top level. and I had a sports massage, wow!

We came here after checking out of the White Rocks hotel early due to a terrible stay there and we were very happy to arrive at this hotel. It was much smaller and had more of a boutique feel like we were after. The staff were so friendly and wonderful - even offered to fetch us towels from reception at the pool. The pool is lovely and the cocktails are delicious.

The only problem we had was that the WiFi didn’t work well and the AC in our room also didn’t work very well (we had it on full blast on the lowest temperature and could barely feel it).

Great hotel, beautifully laid out, with lovely garden and pool area. We enjoyed having a drink watching the sunset at night in the excellent bar. The staff were lovely too.

all in all it was a great stay

Beautifully decorated and designed hotel. Relaxing atmosphere and nice views of the bay. Very nice cocktails at the pool bar and the pool bar menu was also good, wide variety of selections. The best thing about our stay was the massages we had with the masseuse Sylvia. We have travelled all around the world and had massages at many nice hotels. But we have never had an amazing massages like the one we had with Sylvia. It was the best and made our stay much better. I would highly recommend for anyone to get a massage done during their stay as it extends the relaxation feeling you need. The hotel staff were also very lovely.

- The buffet breakfast could be better - There were no irons in the rooms or even at the hotel when we asked to borrow an iron from the reception. This was disappointing as we couldn’t iron our clothes before we would go out in the town.
