Because I had to pay extra money for my accommodation when we did check in.

Nothing. My stay was bad since we arrived.

I'm a colombian living in Australia and I went with my partner and family to this hotel and I had to pay extra money for my accommodation. I HAD TO PAY MORE MONEY THAN THE PRICE I DID MY RESERVATION ON BOOKING. The excuse in the reception was because Im not an Australian citizen and They don't mind I have a permanent residency in Australia. I FELT THEY STOLEN MY MONEY. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

The staff is very friendly and I have really enjoyed my stay at the place on 3 occasions

Hotel was nice and clean, room was fine. Pool and beach access was good too.

Beach is full of vendors harassing hotel go-ers.

Wonderful staff, good food, spacious rooms with views, great pool, clean, lovely grounds. Also appreciated having the beach towels. Liked that it was at the quieter end of the beach.

Music at pool Too Loud. Such a classy hotel could carry that atmosphere right into the pool area. Instead, the pool music drowns out the restaurant music and spoils the atmosphere. The pool and beach could also have more shaded areas. Also didn’t like having to put in information every time you have to connect with the Internet.

Hotel is in a good location on the beach, all rooms face the sea. Large rooms but require renovation. Very clean place.

The hotel staff does not know English and this is a very big disadvantage, when I checked there the reception staff could not explain in English even basic things like what time breakfast is. Another disadvantage is that the wi fi was constantly disconnected from the network. I only ordered breakfast and it was really strange that there is a selection of dishes but only the staff can serve them to you and even here it was difficult to explain in English, it is not clear why you cannot take what you want by yourself.

Well run operation.Pool is large and well maintained. Breakfasts are varied and plentiful. View of water is beautiful. Staff is prompt and professional. Room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is large with ample shower

More chairs/lounges are needed around the pool.

The staff is amazing at this lovely hotel. Rooms are clean and big enough. It's located next to the old charming center of Rodadero. The pool at beachside is very nice and inviting.

The food could be a bit better, but for the price shouldn't complain. The cocktails are really great... That makes it all better.
