Everything was great in our stay at this hotel. The staff is super friendly and ready to help in any way. The hotel and its facilities are well maintained and cleaned. Food and drinks quality was very good and we were surprised to see they had baby food as well which was great for us as we were vacationing with out baby.

The TV is new however the cable is still on analog so very few channels to watch and poor quality picture but not such a big problem since there's not much time to watch TV when you are on vacation.

We stayed in HVD Club Bor for 3 nights (all inclusive package) as a family with kids. We came by driving and the hotel provided free parking, which was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much: swimming in the sea and pool in the mornings and visiting neighboring cities in the afternoon. The hotel is very clean and new. The food was also great. Friendly staff.

A good value for money, a pleasant surprize for Bulgaria, where tourist services quality is on a steep rise. The "All inclusive" food and drinks availability and quality exceed many 5-star locations around the world. Really! Staff is very nice and helpful, unlike huge hotels in general. The COVID measures are taken on a resonable scale, not very invasive and taken in an effective and balanced way, yet not exccesive nor very disturbing. The beach is nearby and the location is near the center. The pool is very nice, clean, cozy and well organized, great experiance. You could forget about the beach sometimes... The water at the Black Sea is not very nice anyway and the beach is overcrowded. Again - a big plus for the staff and the management! Thumbs up!

The advertised private parking is not enough for the size of the hotel. Booking.com should do something about the parking specs, reservations, details, and so on. Hey, Booking, revise your parking facilities specs and evaluation!!! So, if you travel by car, you should maybe avoid Sunny Beach. All the hotels in this area are build with the deep pocketed western tourist coming by flight in mind. The local authorities seem to consider coming by car almost as a crime... Like in many other places in Europe, by the way, In the end. after a bad start concerning parking, the staff, including the management, got involved and solved the problem, THANKS A LOT!

Exceptional food! Now usually this isn't the first thing to start a description with, but i was really impressed by the quality of the food. There was also plating & design done for some of them. Varied menu, there was always something for everyone. International tap beer! (don't think i can mention the brand here) - Also the beverages (soda ones) were very good quality. Lots of fruits at lunch & dinner - very tasteful! Bar is open 24/7, so if you ever get thirsty or in the mood for drinking something, you can go there. Spacious and clean room Clean pool, good water temperature A la carte restaurant food -- again exceptional (however make sure you book just when you arrive, we were lucky!) Free of charge parking Welcome beverage -- champagne or juice Will definitively come back here!

Parking was crowded - we got a tight spot in between 2 trees, but good that we didn't need the car for the duration of our vacation We arrived at 3pm on a Sunday, checked out at 11am Friday- we were asked to have the parking spot freed up & bracelets cut; ok it's understandable that many tourists would come given the weekend, but it didn't seem very fair - at least to be able to stay for a few more couple of hours after the room has been freed (at least until 12-1, given the official checkin is at 2pm). The cleaning lady went in the room without knocking, i was totally caught up by surprise (wasn't decent)- good she realized it and left in an instant. However, those aspects didn't bother us much, so that's why i don't consider them as flaws. What it did bother us was - our room had an extra door towards another room (the door was closed by key). But having a door rather than a wall the noises were heard very badly. On the other room, there were some guys which were extremely noisy, especially around 3-5 am, we were woken up around 2-3 days in a row by them. We didn't report this to reception though. I'd prefer to know the type of the room beforehand to prevent this. I'll know for future!

The rooms are cleaned daily and smell like heaven. The beds, sheets and rooms are amazing. The trees and greenery add to the atmosphere and make the place very romantic. There is a great choice of foods and dishes, but nothing too fancy or special. The breakfast is the same every morning, which was not a problem for me as I love eggs. Some of the desserts are amazing and some are awful. The free water bottle and two orange juices are a nice touch. A snack should be added as well - a bag of nuts for example. The hotel is situated in the center of Sunny Beach 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the main street. The beach is unusable during day hours as it is packed with people. You can go at 7-8PM and enjoy.

The moment you start speaking in Bulgarian while meeting with some members of the staff is the moment you realize that you are not important to them and they behave differently while speaking with German guests. Almost everyone greets you in German and is surprised when you reply in Bulgarian which is funny. Bed sheets were not changed a single time during a 6 day stay. The cocktails at the pool bar are mediocre. The a'la carte restaurant was booked even at day one of our stay and there were no available spots during the whole stay. When booked you will need to wait till 6PM to eat as the only food available are some biscuits and ice cream by the pool. Some of the meat is used a couple of times for lunch and then incorporated in a dish for the dinner as well which is obvious and not tasty. The Italian pasta - linguini, macaroni and lasagna are bland and tasteless. Most of the food is not seasoned at all. Only a few night clubs work which makes the whole sunny beach experiences worthless as the place is packed to the brim but people are roaming the streets at night as there is no where to go.

The hotel looks very nice and modern and the rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable, the AC work perfectly and the cleaning personnel does a great job keeping everything very clean. The food is very tasty and varied, but the sweets are mediocre at best, while the drinks are just a little better than the sweets. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel with fine sand and smooth entrance in the water perfect for children. Also, there are plenty of sunbeds with enough space in between(1 sunbed = 5 leva, 1 umbrella = 5 leva). During the stay the hotel never felt overcrowded even though it was full, mainly because everything is well organized and the personnel are very kind.

The biggest flaw are the tiles from the swimming pool area. When they get wet they become very slippery and I've seen a few falls even though I mainly went to the beach. The 2 elevators tend to be a little bit annoying as they function very slow. The parking lot is chaotic and doesn't seem to have enough spots in comparison to the number of rooms (positive take: the security guys are very kind and always ready to help and direct you through the cars).

the food was great, the staff were nice, nice pool with good entertainment team with a lot of games. You wont be hungry there. the hotel is located near the center and near the beach. Nice pool bar and a la carte restaurant that you get 1 free meel in 5 days stay.

-alcohol at the bar is very cheap. -mini bar only had 2 beers and orange juice. -2 lifts that are extremely slow.

Since the moment we arrived at the hotel, everything was awsome. They gave us a welcome glass of champagne, the room was very clean, desinfected, and much bigger than I expected. Very professional staff, they did everything to really feel we are on holiday. Very clean pool and pool area, good food.

- we were offered a glass of prosecco when we checked in - the rooms are very spacious and we had a clothes dryer in the balcony but our friends room didn't have one - comfortable beds, the best we tried so far in Sunny Beach - very nice shower - the rooms were very clean and we got water every day and fresh towels. The sheets were changed after 3 days. - the staff were very amiable. We forgot the mask when going down to lunch and the greeting lady offered us some saving us from going upstairs for one. The gentleman at the pool service is waiting longer than the given schedule for bringing back the beach towels. - the pool was clean and good temperature. Thanks to the pandemic there were more than enough sun beds for everyone although it was July - the restaurant food was different each day. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night - we could get ice cream almost all day - the rest hours were respected and we didn't hear any late night parties, maybe because of no British tourist? - very close to the beach, maybe 3 minutes walk Overall we enjoyed our stay and feel like we're going to visit this hotel soon.

- i thought I chose to pay for the holiday at the hotel reception but booking asks for the payment 2 weeks in advance - the receptionist didn't inform us about the 'a la carte' menu, although it's mentioned on booking. When we asked about it we were instructed to ask about it at the restaurant, which instructed us to ask at the snack bar. It was very bad arranged so we just didn't bother anymore - the warm food was all very salty and some of the meat dry - had to be careful with what plates, cups or cutlery we're taking because there were not all as clean as we'd like - flies in the restaurant and on the food - the desert was all looking amazing but the taste disappointed us. I'd appreciate if all the effort in making the desert look nice would be focused on taste - the lady in charge of the pool area made a scene and called for the security gentleman because she thought my partner was a trespasser for having his wrist band twisted. I think she could handle the situation better - no shampoo in the bathroom. There was just soap dispenser, shower caps and cotton buds - the room is not dark enough, the curtains are a bit short and there's a bit space under the door for the light to get in - almost no noise insulation, you can hear the neighbors, people walking on the hallway or the horses on the streets
