Singura neplacere a fost legata de camera, era pozitionata spre bulevard si era mult zgomot de la masini

Tuš se nije mogao uključiti jer je baterija pokvarena, nekoliko utičnica se vadi iz zida, uglavnom te neke sitnice. Nema tv kanala (sportskih Max tv) za gledanje HNL.

The hotel is very good, clean and the rooms are spatious. The bathroom is big and clean. If you are traveling by car there is a free parking place and the tram station is very close to the hotel. Even that the hotel is not in the city center there is a good restaurants around with an excelent dinner options.

The breakfast could be better but it is good enought.

Staff was very helpfull and friendly

First of all, location is bad - as it’s mentioned in hotel disription “view and sound proof” - total lie. View - is either to old privat houses or stright to 15fl building infront. Sound, in the side of street is terrible - we couldn’t sleep at night, also, windows do not open or close - they are locked. In addition, all rooms were cleaned differently which was really strange why (in ones towels were replaced daily, in others not. In ones there were vanity kits, shower shoes - in others not). As if we were staying as a group of friends we saw and shared rooms - heard a lot of complaints. One of the rooms was with no main light - have asked receptionist to take of that - nothing happened. Other room had a lot of dust on night tables, curtains and window shelf. Bathroom radiators in all 4 rooms didn’t worked at all. Two rooms had a non-working conditionairs. If you’re looking for a warm and tidy place to stay, would rather recommend looking for other option cause our experience showed that you’ll never know what room and cleaning you’ll get.

staff was very friendly and willing to accomodate all our wishes. House cleaning staff and staff at reception desk were great.

photos on booking side suggested there would be a restaurant but turned aout this restaurant was closed fr some time already. Will propably be reopened in future. For now they only serve (great) breakfast
