The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The hotel itself is a bit run down and the rooms reflect it. We had 3 rooms and there was a constant problem with hot water availability.

The rooms could have been better, they are definitely run down. The hotel's location is fairly central in the city, however, there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance except for one.

Every member of staff I had dealings with was pleasant and polite. My room was clean and comfortable - and quite large. Breakfast was good - as was room service and the food they served.

While a nice property it was quite expensive - and I’m not sure it truly warrants what they charge.

The best part of the stay was breakfast… excellent..

A pair of clothes for wash could have been complimentary

Cleanliness could have been better specialy in toilets . There should be a mat provided inside toilets else it becomes very slippery.

With this price you can get good 4 star branded hotels in the vicinity.

Pricing is absorbitant.
