There were no chairs and table in the room. However, as I needed only a cosy place where just to sleep overnight, it did not bother much.

Balcony and view, backyard, calm neighborhood.

Understandable that things get worn out, however, a bit more effort on cleanliness in bathroom would be appreciated. Very (!) basic breakfast - counting egg per person. Some free socket (or cord extension) in the room would be useful.

Great stay for the value. Loved the sound of the fountain! Beautiful park just a short walk away. Would definitely recommend.

The property was clean and small. Outside is beautiful. The bedding wasn’t bad but it is not something you expect. Breakfast was small (porridge, boiled egg, some cheese, ham, tomatoes and cucumber).

The bathroom wasn’t very big and the shower curtain needs to be changed.

We had a pretty last minute reservation.

The beautiful pictures on booking.com are very misleading. The guesthouse is a bit run-down. They have a pretty backyard, but the house inside is not so nice. After check-in the owner told us that we have to leave in the morning as soon as possible. When we asked why, he told that he needs to go to the doctor. Because of that we also skipped breakfast, because he had to leave half past eight and that was a bit too early for us. So instead, we got to sleep a bit more.
