It is quiet in the night, the master bedroom is comfortable and it has a multimedia tv with YouTube.

The owner reacted in a completely insensitive way when we told him that the two of us could not sleep well due to the unfitting bedsheets and that one set of towels were missing. The sofa bed is not comfortable and hardly enough for two people. There are no curtains on the windows in the bathroom and the bedroom. One chair had broken kegs. Some tea bags would have been nice next to the kettle. There was no receptionist at 7:30 pm.

There was a problem with the access code I received along with my reservatiion because it didnt work. But thank God local people were very helpful They contacted the owner

Apartments have separate entrance. + And fully furnished tiny kitchen (with sink, stove, microwave, little fringe, plates and pots), with the store in the area one can be self sufficient. + Rooms looked very nice, freshly renovated, comfortably furnished. + Shower cabin was bigger than usual in hotels. + Everything was clean and tidy. + Sitting area outside.

No wifi working in the apartment at a time of our stay (it was working in other parts of the hotel and outside). - Lack of parking spaces directly on the property, limited spots outside the hotel. - We couldn't get a breakfast in the hotel due to limited space in a dining area - it should be reserved in advance, but such information wasn't provided anywhere. - Light sensors in apartments (kitchen, hallway, bathroom) require some adjustments - they turn on by themselves, turn off when you're actually moving in the room. They've been on half the night, while we've been in bed, but turned off after a minute sitting on a toilet. Very annoying. - Tiny shelf in the bathroom would be much appreciated. - Fridge in apartment with garden view needs checking - it wasn't cooling.
