Place was clean , but had a severe animal urine smell that appeared to be strongest by front door but permeated throughout the condo . Got a little better w windows open but still very noticeable. Had to change plans on hosting a dinner for friends due to smell . Other than that , all was good . Liked having the grill to use once we figured it out . Ad should probably mention there are 4 levels

The property is spacious and well stocked. Owner was very understanding and accommodating when the area was threatened by nearby wildfires. Fortunately, the fires were contained and we had a wonderful weekend.

It was perfect for our family of 5! Heated bathroom floors were a nice plus! Kitchen was very cute, and it had everything we needed!

The place was lovely. They thought of absolutely everything. We did not want for anything. The game closet was an unexpected surprise for my children. The beds/pillows/bedding were all incredibly comfy. The heated floor and towel rack was a fun surprise. The hostess was easy to reach and communicate with the one time I had a question. Had we been there to ski the location would have been unbeatable. We're already planning our return!

Very well kept condo and perfect for our stay in Angel Fire. Everything was provided as stated. There were two adult couples and we were very comfortable. Plenty of room in the kitchen and we enjoyed cooking some of our meals there. We would book this condo again.

This was a great condo with lots of space. It’s conveniently located about 3 blocks from the chair lift. It is an up hill ride to the lift, so be prepared to climb in the thin mountain air, but it’s an easy down hill ride, back to the condo. The small garage was an added bonus, and was large enough to securely store our 5 bikes.

Wasn’t sure about parking options, but otherwise, the condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! Our three young kids thought it was “the best house ever” and are already asking to go back. The location was great. It was super cute, very clean, and Kimberly answered all of our questions quickly! The only thing I’d note for other guests with young kids is that the room with the bunk beds is a loft, so if you have little light sleepers, it could be a challenge. But we turned on a loud noise machine, and ours were fine. We just put the baby in the dark, quiet media room, which worked great. Loved loved loved our week in Angel Fire!

Loved the layout and the amenities. Super close to the slopes. Lots of space to read, relax, or play a board game or two. Great fully stocked kitchen. Good communication with the property manager.

My family of five (three girls from 7 - 13) had an incredible stay at this property in Angel Fire. Location couldn't have been better, we were easily walkable to the base of the slopes or a 60 second drive to the drop-off zone if we were feeling lazy. The views were great and our kids enjoyed sledding one afternoon on the hill right beside the condos.Inside, the property shines. The living room was open, cozy, and had plenty of room to lounge. We cooked and ate all of our meals in the condo and were truly impressed by the size and feel of the kitchen. The girls LOVED each having their very own queen sized bed in the loft. We used the media room for movies a couple of nights as well and it felt like we had our own personal getaway. And last but not least, after long days of skiing it was great to come back and get cleaned up in one of the two great showers! We decided that we now need a rainfall shower head at home.Thank you to Kimberly and Kelly for all your help answering our many questions and even accepting deliveries on our behalf! Your kindness and effort made our stay easy and enjoyable. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we come back to Angel Fire!

The condo was perfect; updated, clean, comfortable, well stocked. The location was ideal. The walk to the lifts was no further than the resort parking lots. The kids enjoyed having the media room and we all enjoyed the board games.
